My order number is[protected] which reached the town on 14 the september and till date not delivered. There was no attempt made by the courier service and they updated as wrong address and now it is showing as locked. If they had difficulty in locating, they should have called me up. Ecom express courier is the worst courier service i have encountered till date. I have never faced any issues receiving parcels at the same address by other courier services.

Hope you could resolve this issue.

    I have ordered Mia earrings from Amazon and it was shipped with Ecom express with Tracking ID[protected]. Amazon order id Order #[protected].
    On 13th September 2019 I received a message at 4.15pm that the shipment is out for delivery. At 5.15 pm I got a message saying "Shipment was undelivered as you are not available." But actually I no one came to my address at that time, also I did not receive any phone call from any delivery executive.
    I waited on 14th till around 5 pm. 4.47pm I called customer care for updates. They said it would be delivered before 8PM on same day. As I did not receive any update I called customer care again at 7.50 pm. They said delivery would be attempted next day. On 16th sept, 2019 I called customer care at 10.34 am, when they said delivery is scheduled for 17th September. I believed them and waited for 17th sept. 17th sept 10.30 am I called customer care again for update, they said they don't have an update l, I asked to be connected to a senior member and he assured me that I will get the delivery by 6pm on that day. As I again didnot receive any update I called customer care at 5.32 pm when the person who answered said they were facing some issue and asked me to call after 20-30 minutes.
    I again called at 5.39pm as I was not believing the customer care executive. Again I was told to call back after 10 minutes. I called at 5.58 pm again to check the status when I was assured by customer care executive that I would receive a call back from their senior by 8pm. I did not receive any call. At 9.11 pm I called customer care again and asked to transfer to any senior associate when I was put on hold for close to 15 minutes. I cut the call and called again at 9.32 pm when I asked again to transfer to senior executive when I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes.
    On 18 September I called at 9.22 am when customer care said they will try today. I asked for confirmation message and also to transfer to senior person when I was put on hold for 5-7 minutes after which I cut the call as I could no longer take the harrasment.

      The status of the item was shown delivered without delivering it at first. Then i raised a complaint with flipkart. Then the guys called and asked me do you want the product or money in return. I choose to have my product rather than a refund. They themselves raised a replacement request without delivering the product which is with them. Once the replacement product came to their hub for delivery they updated the status to out for delivery but automatically canceled my return request and shows that i canceled my request from my end. I couldn't understand whats going on. I have had the worst experience and lost my money too. This is outrageous. I want a refund of my money.

        I was supposed to receive an exchanged pair of earphones from jbl centre via ecom express. It hasnt been delivered yet and im unable to contact the ecom office as none of its numbers are reachable. I stay in a hostel and the watchman said that a man came by and went away without delivering it. He was the ecom executive. The status of my delivery says it is delivered yet i havent received a phone call. It has been months i have tried reaching them but the numbers all are incorrect.

            I have ordered 3 nos. Xxl size denim shirts with simply shirts store online, but they sent cheap quality useless shirts through ecom express.
            When i tried to contact them they are not disclosing any contact no. And simply sending mails that they are looking into it.

            After that i got doubt and checked online and to my surprise, there are n number of complaints about this company "simply shirts store.

            My concern here is that how come a company like ecom express supports such a fraud company like simply shirts store and collects money on their behalf. I request the ecom express to share that companies contact address so that i can proceed legally on simply shirts store.

                Hi.. I have ordered from flipkart and receive a delivery service from ecomm express. It's already been too late, my product delivery date was of 7th of September n today is 16th of September. when I have contacted your Customer support they have given me reasons like due to internal issue your product is undelivered, weather condition is not well that's your product is undelivered etc. When I have asked for the supervisior's number thaey have given me the details of a person who is no longer working with you(sudarshan sharma) and the limit exceeds today when I called again the Customer support name RAHUL VERMA is talking so abusively and asking me why i have choose your service for delivery. Let me clear you guys that I have not opted your service, it was your n flipkart's tieup.I am sorry but your Customer support persons are causing harm to your business. I advice other as well not to go with your site for any deliveries. Hope you will take appropriate action on the matter.

                I haven't received my order which was supposed to be delivered on the 11 of September. Status shows that the shipment was undelivered as I was unavailable.
                I have't received any calls from the delivery executive till date and neither can I reach the delivery executive. Do look into this matter or I shall be forced to complain.

                  fraud people

                  I awb #[protected] have submitted request for phone pickup 5 days before but it is not yet done.
                  All pickup guys are fraud as they are resolving the request without pickup.
                  I have called up 5 times till now but to no avail.
                  These fraud guys are giving one ring only on mobile then close the request. & sometimes without visiting the house.
                  I am totally fed-up with ecom now...

                  I placed my order on[11/sep/2019] on bewakoof and the product has been started shipping from so and so on same day by ecom express. When i call to ecom express customer care support they have updated me that due to some techincal issue the product didn't reach to mumbai hub. On[13th/sep/2019] again i have called to customer care support they updating due to bad weather condition the product will be delay.
                  The product no. Is [protected]. They are irresponsible again they have provided me a mumbai hub contact person number, when i called him he is saying i have left the job please contact to ecom. This is also one the reason of irresponsible from ecom express

                    I ordered shoe last month 22nd of august through 2go life footwear and it is dispatched by aug 26th still the product is not delivered (Sep 16th, 2019). Ecom is the worst delivery service and i suggest no one should suggest it.

                    The company rescheduled thrice and the ecom express is not taking serious action. Really frustrated.

                    My AWB number [protected] I ordered 2 shirts from Myntra. They said it has been shipped to courier partner which is Ecom. But when I entered the AWB in Ecom website it shows pick-up reschedule since 2 days. Ecom tells Myntra haven't given the parcel but Myntra tells they have already handed over. Don't play Ecom legal action may be taken

                        I ordered an item on Amazon.in and got it delivered on the main road which is 5 mins walk from my house AWB# [protected] for the first time after calling multiple times & finally convincing about the address.
                        I ordered the same item from the same seller to the same address & mob#. this time, they didn't deliver and never called me. they claim on the site and when i called them that the delivery boy called multiple times and also spoke to me. but i never got a call or receive any delivery AWB# [protected]. I called ecom express customer service in Delhi using the phone# on their website. the cust service agent was also very rude & not cooperative. he didn't provide the local ecom express centre contact# or any other details which I asked in order to speak to the local office in Ecom Express Adoor, Ezhamkulam, Kerala, India. I stay just 1 km away from Enathu junction on Enathu - Ezhamkulam road. these guys are so road and offer very pathetic customer service. the guy who came the first time to deliver was not cooperative at all. he made to walk to the main door. when we put in the pin code before ordering amazon.in will accept the order only if they do door delivery. when we are paying for shipping or free shipping the courier guys cant ask us to collect it from their office. they have to deliver at the address which we provided while ordering. this info I confirmed by calling amazon.in customer care.
                        Ecom express should provide satisfactory customer service or stop working with amazon and not spoil amazon.in reputation.
                        i have called amazon.in and complained abt this incident.

                          I ordered one pampers large size monthly pack and one baby powder from first cry.com. Yesterday itself i got the message that it is out for delivery. But because of some call issue i cant attend the call. Today morning again i got the same message and after some time one executive call me and told that i want to go to their office and want to collect the courier because it is a big box, they don't have any vehicle to deliver that box.. I told nobody is here to come and collect this.. After that they cut the call
                          . And i didn't receive my parcel yet..
                          What can i do for this..??

                              This is my first experience with your company and trust me it's pathetic. While calling on customer care they have provided wrong mobile no. Of the vendor.

When i call to ecom express customer care support they have updated me that due to some techincal issue the product didn't reach to mumbai hub. On[protected] again i have called to customer care support they updating due to bad weather condition the product will be delay.
                                      The product is medicine for diabetics patient they have ensure product value to patient. They are irresponsible again they have provided me a mumbai hub contact person number bhusan, when i called him he is saying i have left the job please contact to ecom. This is also one the reason of irresponsible from ecom express
