There is my 5th product which was cancelled by ecom express. Delivery didn't call us and they without are information they cancelled my product. Order id julee poly georgette floral print salwar suit material od[protected]. Delivery boy they ask to came 10 km away to door step and i have complaint 4 to 5 time by company so they ignore my complaint.

    Opened the courier.
    Then i saw. Mobile is not working properly.
    Battery charger is not connecting. Voice problems are slowly reducing the mobile.
    Back and front camera is not good.
    Screen is not good and sim not supported.
    Mobile hangs when the net is running.
    Please keep on mobile issue in mind and we want to return the product and try to transfer our money to our account

      I have contacted almost 4-5 times with ecom express customer service support but no vain. Everytime they gave me false assurance that your item will be tomorrow but till now i have not received my order.
      I have also contacted the delivery boy several times, he promised to deliver my order by the evening but didn't deliver. At the end of day they had posted a false status that delivery attempted but customer not available.
      I request you to take action against them

        I have contacted toll free number but no vain.
        Again whole day i have contacted delivery boy several times, he promised to deliver the item by evening but not turned up.
        In my surprise i have seen it is false posted stating that delivery attempted but customer not available. Hopeless i have cancelled order just now.
        Take action immediately.

          delivery of product in payyanur

          We ordered a product from flipkart and they try to deliver it through you. Your employee behaved very badly and told us that they won't deliver the order. We ordered the same product for 3 times and they don't deliver the product. They say that we cancelled the product. But they didn't even contact us. If these is going like this we will proceed it legally through consumer court or locally. Look in to the problem it's a matter of your reliability....

          I had purchased a product from Amazon order id[protected], and after delivery I requested to return the item and Amazon has ordered Ecom Express to pickup the parcel. First AWB number was[protected] registered on 7th August, 2019. They attempted too many times but neither called nor picked up from home at last they cancelled the Pickup request. Then amazon created another pickup request AWB[protected] on 11th August, 2019 and the same thing occurred, they cancelled the pickup. Amazon created a last pickup for me on 15th August, AWB[protected]. They attempted 2 times but as they were not picking up, I told them that I shall hand over by going to their office. As i told, i handed over the parcel on 19th August directly to manager. But on same day they updated as pickup not complete. The next day that is today also they have updated pickup not complete. My return time is over in amazon and if this pick-up is cancelled, I won't be able to return it. They don't have any direct number of the office and i can not contact them. Such a irresponsibility of them is making my harassed. Please look into it.

            Good are not delivered from sunday 18th august2019. Even after speaking to service executive i am not getting any confirmation on the delivery of the goods. Request you please deliver the good on top priority.
            Even after the several follow ups i am getting response from your executive that the good will be deliver with in 48 hours. But no result. Even i am residing very close location where you have your collection centre in kamote, navi mumbai and we do not have any rain in this area for past 5 days your executive explaining delay is due to heavy rain. This is not acceptable. Your immediate response is highly appreciated.

            This is ridiculous I am staying in heart of the Kharghar city, in Navi Mumbai and the address provided is easily traceable. But when I insisted to deliver the consignment today I got the reply that the address is not traceable.
            really "unprofessional " way of handling the customer requests.

              Ecom Express, I am informing you that my Parshall ( AWB number [protected] ) un deliver to me, the delivery person did not contact me in last 6 days, but is updating status as address incorrect. but my address is 100% correct with contact number also, when I am trying to reach that person, that person not picking my call 99 times and he said that " that region does not belong to him ".

              when I saw 19/aug/2019 day status that customer refused to accept. but that person did not contact me and not reach to me also. delivery person put a bluffed status

              plz do action on it, otherwise, I will kindly do legal action on your organizations

                      I have ordered one product from limeroad and they sent my parcel through ecom express courier. Now on 13th aug i got a call from one courier boy stating that ki sir aapka courier hai mein nabinagar chauk pe hun so i said ki aap wahan kyn hain jo address hai waha aakr delivered kro then he replied sir bahut barish ho rahi to rukte hi aata hun then i replied ok. Within 5 mints i got msg that your product has been delivered. Now, still i am fighting with both the companies whether return my money or parcel.

                          I had placed an order with myntra on 7th and pickup getting rescheduled daily till date, its very pathetic. I had placed lots of orders and others too got delayed but got delivered, but this is getting delayed indefensibility which was ordered same time. Ecom found to be a main player in this industry and pickup getting too delayed, company says they had shipment ready same day.

                            My order no: is [protected]. It was shown shipped by club banggood on 14th august. I contacted ecom two days back and they said banggood has not yet shipped the order.!! But i’ve got message from banggood that it was shipped. From 14th onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled for next day’. Its been almost a week and tracking info is still the same!                               I ordered a mi note 5 pro on amazon with 6 gb ram and 64 gb rom, i want to cancel it now, as i ordered a different phone later on. Ecom express is shipping it with waybill no. [protected], kindly cancel it. Not able to cancel it on amazon as there is no such option on amazon, they are not responding properly, ecom express please cancel it. Thank a lot.

                                My cod consignment tracking number was [protected] ecom express not delivered. Delivery agent chittaranjan gouda on 5 august,, 19, said due to heavy rain he was getting delayed. Later 9.8.19 tracking app showed rto initiated vide awb number [protected]. This was without any delivery attempt. This is an example of deficiency of service, surely. Let my consignment be returned to me immediately. My delivery address is manned 24/7 with no chance of refusal to take delivery..

                                  I ordered a product from myntra on 8th august in jaipur. I got the message of shipment on 10th august and the courier name as ecom express. After that, it's been 6 days and the product has not been delivered yet. On tracking the product on ecom express, the information about pickup rescheduled is shown from the past 6 days. The product had to be delivered on 15th august and i haven't got the product yet.

                                    I ordered an item on myntra on 8th august, on 10th august in myntra site it showed 'item is shipped' with awb number:[protected], but while checking ecom express site it shows pickup reschedule from 10th august to 16th august no movement, usually it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery of an item from bengaluru when using other shipping services. I think they don't care about their customers

                                      I had booked a study guide from flipkart on 13/8... The product is at delivery centre from 12/8... But there is no response from deliver y centre neither the delivery centre try to contact me... And when i am contacting the ecom express executive... They are giving me false assurance from last 4 days that product should be delivered tomorrow & tommorrow... Such a cheap quality serviceiole
