I have purchased a product from online store on 15/06/2024. I got the shipping details from online store and it is Ecom express. AWB no [protected]. When I checked status at any time it shows the product in bhiwandi processing center and it is returning to origin. Even after 5 days the status of order remaining same and it is not yet returned to the seller. I wish I could directly purchased from the seller by this time. In this era of fast digital era it is taking so long for your network to do a job. It's pathetic customer service and i would never going to use your service in future any time.

    This regarding the car part i ordered from boodmo (order No:[protected]-3498). the pat was ordered on 06th June.
    Order was sent to me through Ecom Express (Tracking No:[protected]

    Order was shown out for delivery first on 11th June.
    But no delivery attempt was made and Delivery person Mr.Mani M (Contact No: [protected] - Details received through Ecom Message) has not made even a call.

    On 12th june again the same delivery person did not called me and also did not deliver the order and evening it was updated on tracking info that "Customer not available at Office/Home" while I is was at home for the entire day.

    Next day on 13th June it shows order was not delivered due to capacity/time constraint.

    On 14th June OFD lock has been applied on order. On enquiring with other Ecom Delivery person i was told that the order will not attempted to deliver again after OFD lock is applied.

    During all this time from 11 June to 15th June i have been continuously calling to the delivery person Mr.Mani.M to discuss regarding the order. He does not attend the call and cuts the call. When i tried calling from another number he attended the call and as soon as he got to know about the order details, before i could speak anything, he cut the call again.

    If this is about the address being not right or person not being at home it is not acceptable, as i have received three other orders on the same address before and after the complaint order on 9th June (Tracking No:[protected], 10th June(Tracking No:[protected] and on 14th June (Tracking No:[protected].

    Even Boodmo team also is taking their time to solve the issue with a very slow response. i lodged a ticket on Boodmo website on 12th June with request for updates. But still no proper response or action taken.

    Please help me in resolving this issue at the earliest.
    Or atmost please return the product to supplier and process for refund.

      I ordered Dot and key 2 sunscreens on 31st may 2024 on their official website and paid for that.The delivery agent, Ecom Express of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, messaged me for 3days (8th June, 9th June, 10th June)that they will deliver the products, but they didn't.Even when I call, they do not answer.every morning message in mobile saying the products will deliver today however at the evening again message me the products is undelivered.

        There was like 4 orders which I ordered from glowroad which has to be delivered by ecom express bt they don't deliver it as I asked one o[censored]r agent somnath bagarti not to deliver my prouduct as he is rude and misbehaved with us.. We never asked others to not deliver my product. Kindly look into the matter I have some important parcels which all are prepaid.. I don't think u have only one delivery agent in sambalpur-768004 pincode.. My contact is [protected]

          My order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd June, I also received a message that this person will deliver your order but I didn't get any call regarding that from the delivery person. Also, today is 8th June and I have still not received my order and even after taking multiple follow ups, the delivery fellow says that I will come tomorrow, every day the same story is happening and also the delivery person keeps changing everyday and no one is delivering the order. They are also ignoring the calls. Please help in getting my order delivered as it was a prepaid order

            I placed an order from dot &key whoes shipping partner is Ecom express in 26th of May. The expected date of my delivery is 31st of May. The order was prepaid. Now it's 6 hune i haven't receive my order. I tried to contact dot&key i haven't receive any response. When I trace my order OFD lock is written on it .

            I want my order or if my I want my money back .

              My order no 1282554 from dot and key was supposed to be delivered on 27 may, 2024 but the first attempt failed as i was not able to attend the call made by the delivery partner. Later, no other attempt was made to deliver the product and hasn't been delivered yet.

                My order with AWB [protected] was not delivered and now it's showing under OFD lock on the tracking link and when I try to contact company's customer care IVR I register the option to attempt delivery again but there has been no attempts neither am I updated on what I can do to receive my order

                  I wish to complain against delivery boy and Ecom express

                  I am complaining about my parcel which is undelivered since last 3 days and misbehaving

                  I was supposed to receive my parcel on 30/05/2024 however when I called delivery boy on 30/05/2024 about my parcel and when it will be delivered, he said I will deliver at 4pm then I requested I will be not available that time, He said I will reschedule for 31/05/2024 and morning delivery, when I called on 31/05/2024 delivery boy start speaking rudely said if you want I will deliver in evening or I will not deliver your parcel do whatever you want and complain wherever you want I will not give you parcel and hangup call on me and cancelled my parcel straight away when I called other person on [protected] he said I will ask to arrange again when I called on 01/06/2024 he said I am not in office he is not giving information and giving excuse I called few times not answering my call either. Now I can see my parcel is OFD Lock which is done intentionally by Ecom Express too

                    I am a ecommerce seller who sells through amazon and i was shipping my parcels using Ecom Express. my all parcels dimensions are 12x12x2cm and weights hardly 120 grams, but still i pay for the parcel upto 500 grams, but suddenly after few days of shipping the parcel the ecom express puts an fake weight discrepancy on that and and charges me for 1 kg parcel which is twice the amount i pay for 500gm. i have all the proofs of my parcels (photos, also i can show you my amazon product listing you can match it from there). There is no way to contact ecom express, their official number available in public forums is switched off, i have mailed them 10s of times no reply, but in linkedin sometimes they reply and all they say is we are looking to solve your issue, but even after a month nothing has been solved, and i have to keep paying them extra money for the courier.

                      I have been making online purchases for a few years. But this is the first time I have seen such irresponsible service.
                      Your Palakkad service is very wasteful. Because my material reached Palakkad few days back but still not delivered. Delivery boy and manager never pick my call.

                      I get this message everyday.
                      "Dear Customer, Your AwB [protected] was undelivered. For details, please call Delivery Manager [protected] from 7am-9pm or the shipper - Ecom Express".

                        Delivery man Mr. Rizwan Khan [protected] called us asking for delivery address. We gave the address and still our package is not delivered. On tracking, it says OFD lock. Please unlock it and deliver our package. AWB [protected]. Also, how and why delivery man didn't have the delivery address in the first place? Why are you troubling us for no reason? It's a request kindly deliver the package as soon as possible.

                          Hey there, i had ordered a buds from Mi store which has been couriered by Ecom, its reach at my destination at 4 days ago, their delivery boy call me and said that we were dont gonna deliver at your location and u have to pick up your courier from our office, then i reach to mi support they said u get it on 3 days, every single day ecom boy get to out for delivery and shown undilivered in status with out contacting me...now they applied OFD lock in my courier..such a worse courier service ...My AWB number: [protected]

                              Hi Team - I have placed the order to Milton site on 29th April 2024.

                              The product will be delivered through an Ecom Express courier partner.

                              Product Name - Kool Rover Insulated Plastic Water Jug × 1

                              Order Number:33265

                              AWB Number:[protected]

                              I have sent an email to Ecom Express and the Milton Support team, and followed up multiple times. Still, the product has not been delivered.

                              I checked the status online and it was showing "RTO lock revoked".

                              Almost two weeks have passed and the product has not been delivered yet.

                              My time is being wasted and they have to give me 10000 RS waivers for this inconvenience.

                                I order a protein supplement on 10th May and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th may. But delivery person didn't attempted didn't even called me about address(if incase he got confused) and more over when I tried to call him he declined my call multiple times. Without informing anything they cancelled my delivery. I checked through website and I rescheduled it to 15. This no message nothing about the product. Again when I checked in website they put my order in OFD lock. I tried to reach customer support but it's not even working. I don't how they put and why they put my order in OFD lock. I have been using multiple delivery platform but never faced such issue. This is my first ever worst experience. Kindly help me on this. I needed my product at earliest. Here are the product details

                                  This is regarding my shipment with AWB: [protected].

                                  I was expecting to receive the shipment on April 28th, 2024, and it has now been more than 15 days since the delivery failed. When I traced the AWB, it showed RTO lock and OFD Lock. Could you please explain what this means? Also, I have not received any notifications regarding this issue. The current status is 'Returned.' What does this mean, and when can I expect to receive my shipment? Additionally, when I tried contacting the customer care number at +91-[protected], it was not reachable.

                                    I ordered two items on[protected] from Purplle.com*It was a prepaid order*. Estimated delivery date was on[protected]. On[protected] my courier was out for delivery. I received a call from the delivery agent asking about the address at 5:15 pm. The same time I recieved a text message that my courier got undelivered as they couldn't contact me because my phone was switched off. I rescheduled the order to[protected] and called the Ecom Express manager. He said that it will get delivered on[protected]. I contacted Purplle.com customer care service and they consoled me. On[protected] my order was out for delivery and again got undelivered. Delivery agent has not even tried to contact me or arrive at the location. When I called, they didn't answered. The same thing is happening for the past 4 days. Now my courier is OFD locked?

                                      I ordered my books on 12th march and it's been almost 2 months now(10may) but my product is still undelivered everytime it shows undelivered or pickup failed when i try to track my order on the website and now it's showing RTO lock revoked i don't know what is that but i know i am never getting anything shipped from this site ever again.
