Hi Team,

I am writing this message with regards to the delivery of my parcel. It has been over 7 days that the parcel has not been delivered to me. I contacted both meesho and ecomexpress multiple times for this parcel. This is not the way to provide service to the customer. Neither the delivery partner have tried contacting me neither they have visited my place. Whenever i try to contact the person for the delivery of my parcel, they block my number. This behaviour has caused a significant change in trust issues on ecom express.

I would request you please get my parcel delivered within next 24 hours. Orelse your team will be liable for the legal expenses and charges while filing the case with consumer court. I hope this is notification brings changes to your services and commitment.

    I have been receiving daily messages stating that my product is out for delivery. However, by the end of each day, I am notified that the delivery has not been completed due to unspecified reasons and now the status is OFD lock (AWB No. [protected])

    The primary issue appears to be that the delivery agent is not contacting me for delivery. Despite having the contact numbers of both the delivery agent and the DC manager of Ecom Express, neither of them is responding to my calls. I am trying to contact them daily, but they are not responding to my calls.

    Additionally, I have raised complaints directly with Ecom Express through email several times, but no action has been taken, and I have not received any response from their customer service team.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery and Unjustified Weight Issue – AWB Number - [protected]

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delayed delivery of my order [Order Number/Tracking Number: XYZ] that was scheduled for delivery on November 1st, 2024.

      Despite the fact that the expected delivery date has passed, I have yet to receive my product, and I have not been provided with any concrete updates or reasons for the delay. I recently contacted your customer service team, and I was informed that the delivery is being held up because the item is allegedly "too heavy" to be delivered.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with this explanation, as:

      There was no prior communication about any weight-related restrictions or issues before the expected delivery date.
      No specific details regarding the weight issue have been provided, nor any clear explanation of how this can be resolved.
      The item was purchased and listed with a clear understanding of its weight, and there was no indication from your team that it would exceed your handling capacity.
      I was not informed of an alternative solution or delivery option that would allow the item to be delivered in a timely manner.

      I expect to be offered compensation for the delay and the inconvenience caused due to this issue.

      I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Please contact me at given details to confirm the status of my complaint.

        The shipment was with ecom express since 8/10/2024. Since then the shipment was processing regularly and was nothig suspicious. But the time it arrived the nearest fulfillment center the issue starts. On the very first day of the shipment when it arrived to neared cneter i.e. on 15/10/2024. The product first shows out for delivery which later turned into "undelivered" at night. after that they removed that from their website and on the next day same thing happens. This continues for some days. I even tried to contact the delivery partner by the given time but no one picked up the call. After so many failed attempts one of the delivery executive picked up the call but responded very rudely that he is not going to deliver the order as he don't have time and cut the call. I tried calling him again but he rejected the calls. i have also visited their center to collect my order myself but the guy over their denied saying that your parcel has been returned to the seller but the fact was the parcel was present over their at that moment.         I have to visit the office multiple times and finally had to inform that if they have not delivered the product i'll call the police and file a case against them. No calls or support from company.

        Today (21/10/2024) the shipment changes to out for delivery and at 8:20PM it changes to undelivered. The delivery guy did not picked up the call same as earlier.

        On visiting their warehouse. The person informed that one of the delivery guy has done a scam and has stolen some of the parcels and is now missing. I don't know how is going pay for my loss.

          My package hasn't been delivered yet its been 7 days. Its delivery date was 28 Sep 2024. There was no call from delivery agent. Now it's 5 October 2024. But it is not delivered yet. I had called customer carein reality I got no call from their side. They are baggingand debagging my order in my city for a week. This is so pathetic for a company like ecom express
          They're fraud and won't deliver your order
          Even they don't have any customer care number.
          Please resolve my issue asap
          Maybe the delivery executive stole my order and now they're covering up for the mess he made

            My Order is in the Ecom Express Delivery Center from september 16. Till now nobody from Ecom Express called or came to deliver it. After one week also in the Order Tracking Link it is showing that the order is still in the Delivery Center and OFD Lock is applied to the order. It is a Prepaid Order, so if you are not going to deliver it, please Cancel the Order and return it to the Supplier, so that I will get the Refund for the Order. I[censored] don't want to cancel the order than deliver it today because i was waiting from last 8days. I cant wait for long now.
            and i want my money back only so i will order a pyq book from other company.

              I have ordered a product from meesho with AWB no: [protected] and it was meant to be delivered by 19th September 2024 but i still haven't received it yet and when I'm checking tracking link, it's showing OFD LOCK.
              Either refund my money back or deliver my product within 2 days.
              It's causing me mental strain and degrading my mental health severally.

                  Courier was suposed to deliver health critical medicines yday - He didnt bother to come??

                  Today when he visited he deliberately did not deliver the shpt saying they have system issues due to which they can not get OTP - simply left off - my wife literally requested to take money and deliver - but this guy spoke rudly and said to us go and talk to tata 1mg, dont bother him and ran off - this is so poor and hurting way??

                  We want the delivery today - if something happen to patient we are going to suffer badly and this will get escslated to police and judiciary - help us!!

                      Myself Shakuntala Kumari (my mobile no- [protected]) i ordered a saree from Flipkart on 3/9/2024 and today 09/09/2024 i received an order from Ecom express. The agent called me with this number- [protected]. and after receiving the ordered i checked and found that saree was not the one i ordered. then after i checked my Flipkart and i saw that my ordered was still in transit. and again, i called the agent and talked with him he told i received to deliver the ordered i did it. i have paid for the saree 929/- Rs. and i need my money refund please do help me. i also spoke with the Flipkart executive according to them also my order is in transit. Ecom express has done fraud with me. i have attached the photo of saree and invoice and delivery boy payment received details.

                        We are the seller on Meesho and our products are picked and delivered to customer by Ecom Express, Firozabad. In the same manner the parcel returned by the customer are picked up from them and returned to us by Ecom.

                        But we noticed so many cases in which the parcel was marked as delivered but it was not actually delivered to us. They mentioned the reason in the POD that seller refused to accept the return, but we did not do so.

                          Dear team,

                          I had placed an order for a product to be shipped on 26th July 2024 with a vendor and in a couple of days I had received a confirmation from the vendor that the order/shipment with the AWB # was dispatched via Ecom Express. Upon regularly checking ECom Express' website to track the AWB, finally on 10th Aug 2024, the status was updated as 'Out for Delivery'. Subsequently, around 7:30 PM IST, I had received an SMS containing a 4 digit code from ECom Express that the shipment from SHIPZONE was arriving the same day. However, in less than a hour from the time the SMS was received, I received a Whatsapp message from Ecom Express business account that I had refused to take the delivery of the package. This was absolutely wrong as no one from Ecom Express had contacted me. In the SMS a mobile # was mentioned and I had tried calling that #. However, it's been 24 hours since then, no one had bothered to answer to my several calls nor they had returned my calls. There was another # from ECom Express from where I had received a call yesterday night, but when I picked the call up, it was disconnected. I trued calling that # but it was out of service each time I had called that number. Ecom Express's customer care # is never working. I had even sent an email to their email address with the details and the issue that had happened, however, no response was provided from their end yet.

                          Since, afternoon on 11th Aug, the status indicates "Attempt Restricted-OFD lock". I have no idea what this status mean and whether I will get the shipment anytime soon.

                          Please help me to get the shipment delivered to my address asap. Thank you.

                            I ordered a product on 28th june 2024. The order was out for delivery on 3rd aug but courier boy never ever called me and when I am trying to reach they never picked my call. The product was out for delivery again on 5th aug and again no one contact with me the again on 6th aug out for delivery but same no one contact with me and i am trying to call the never picked my call. I am also updating my address and number but nothing happening. And now OFD LOCK is applied on my product plz resolve my problem I need my product as soon as possible.

                                    Even I have sent a mail to the delivery team and if I didn’t get my package or my refund within 24hrs I will be registering an FIR on Deodap private limited and even The Ecom Courier service and even the same has sent to them also so that’s the grading I’m asking you guys better give me refund or anything so yea pls don’t miss otherwise you have to face the consequences

                                        I ordered a package worth 5K. I was promised delivery within a week.

                                        No updated I kept on enquiring and every time they are just checking.

                                        No responsibility at all.

                                        Its been a month now and still the status is same. I dont know where the hell is my product and how will I get it now.
