The couriered product from amazone and lifestyle not being delivered to the address. The courier service provider never calls but sends sms saying address unlocate and if we call they makes excuses that the staff is on leave and we should come and collect the product. Or they send back the product texting address not located. My hometown is a small city and divided into sectors which makes it very easy to locate the area.

Shown to ad original image but delivered as duplicate product and I ordered fast-track watch and mi power bank but it's comes duplicate products so am fully sad so refund my money because my poor people

    product is out for delivery but not delivered

    Hi,

    I have made a prepaid and the awb is[protected]. I got the message stating that the shipment is out for delivery on 30th nov. But the delivery guy called me in late evening and said that he was not able to deliver it today and will deliver tomorrow however he updated the tracking status as rescheduled under customers request which clearly i din make. Then today, dec 1 i raised a complaint in amazon and again i got shipment...

    I have never seen such a worst courier company in my life, actually i have ordered a product from flipkart for urgent requirement i. E., arogya masic massager and the delivery address is work place sbi, manki branch.

    As the delivery address is work place it is there duty to deliver the product only on working day in office hours but see the foolishness of courier boy the item is out for delivery on sunday (26.11.2017) i have received a call regarding the delivery but i was out of station on sunday and i have promised that i will collect the product on monday then i have called the stupid person mobile no is [protected] continuously from monday to thursday but he was always making false promise and on 30th morning after my call he has informed me that my product was already returned on 28th nov 2017.

    I had ordered a hoody jacket from mydreamstore on 24/11/2017, I paid total money. Order Id 8c65d41 it shows the delivery status as delivered. however, i did not get any delivery.
    I wish they should refund my money or deliver the hoody jacket as soon as possible.
    worst part of it they are not responding to phone call.
    First time I am Seeing this type of service.
    very bad experience. still I not got my courier. so much time taken.

      I dindt get the delivery
      It was delivered to wrong person

      Get me the details of delivery boy or get me the item or get me money of 1200 ripped which my trimmer costs so please take it seriously and take immediate action on the economy express for above tracking id get it very immediately

      I got an SMS message on my phone that my item number[protected] was not delivered on first attempt, yet I was in my apartment. I had neither seen any visitor nor any call given to me. I need the parcel urgently. Please could me.

        Hello sir yesterday i receive a message from ecom express that your order has been cancelled then i call the courier boy and i tell him that why you cancel my order without contacting with me the name of the courier boy is tajamul ahmed b h a t then the courier boy tells me do what you want to do and threaten me and tells i will not send your courier to you

            In paderu ecom express, the supervisor gampa chinnabu was taking money for every returning shipment from the customers. And also he was asking money for new joining employees as he joined there in his office. The response of the supervisor towards the customers was also not good. He was speaking very recklessly. Please take it as seriously and take action against him. There are some more frauds happening in that office, soon i will inform to you. Thank you.

                I had order one product which came mahiti ecom authorized person as on 17th nov 2017 but from that day he doesn't delivery to me and no any reason still show for failure to that. He is not give response to customer even single phone call still he is not make to me, if he is not able to deliver the product then return the same by quoting the reason.

                  Ecom courier gangtok can be rated as zero star on rating because not only with me but as taken reference from friends it has a very very poor service provider. They don't bother to make contact with customers and rather sends a message that we are unable to reach to your place and returns the products. My suggestions for this service provider is if you can't go properly with responsibilities it's better not to be part of it. We have to go to the place to collect the product so disgusting.

                  One of the most hopeless services... they don’t contact the customers, we have to call ourselves n check if the parcel has arrived.. and asking them to deliver my package has been a headache for me now.. they have stopped answering to my call.. wen I wanted to go and collect my parcel myself they tell me that they had some work and have closed the office.. crap..                   My parcel had already arrived yesterday and they called me saying they'd deliver so till evening there were no calls and a message came by saying that my address was unlocate able. My address was in a highway I mean who could not see that and how come that was unlocate able. So today I called the service said tha my pin number was wrong and I don't have their numbers. I cannot even go to their office as I am very busy due to my work.I need my parcel asap as it is very important. What kind of courier service is this all I can see is only negative reviews and not one single good review.
                  Delivery person on ecom express is the worst.They don’t deliver your product and on top of that they don’t even talk well, they always lie saying delivery boy of your area is in leave and have been hearing this for almost 1.5 years.they are there for easy money they want us to get there product from office which is very far for most o[censored]s or else from them going to the specific area given by them.I haven’t received my product which I was out for delivery 3 days ago at first the guy said the delivery boy of your area is in leave the matter of fact is he should be the one delivering the product cause his number was sent in message and after that day he didn’t even call I had to call him and ask him about my product, all he said was the same thing about delivery boy taking leave.i got a mail today saying undeliverable because my address was unlocatable.they really should change there employees out there or else change the location of the office or stop delivering. I have been have if this problem since 1.5 years

I have ordered a product only in amazon and i literally donot know the sender of this product for which i have paid rs.728. Thinking it to be the one which i ordered i opened it.. And opening that only i realised it was not mine but the details are all mine only... So now i want to return this and get back my money... Kindly sort out the problem as early as possible

                            I placed order on myntra. Then i received my order 30th october by ecom express courier boy. After that i checked my order the size of shoes is large. And no exchange shoes at my place lonere maharashtra. Then i placed returned request on 30th october. Then on 31th october i received pickup massage from ecom express. Then i returned my order on 31th october by ecom express courier boy. Today is 10 november till i didn't received my refund amount in my bank account. Kindly something do on my query.

                              The person who was going to deliver my products called me and said to come to three diffrent places... After going there he says wrong number and said he would'nt deliver the products.. U may cancel that. If a man doesn't know the place then why do you hire him anyway... I am disgusted by this kind of act... So see thia people are fired beacuse they always and will never stop doing this...

On saturday[protected] i have received call from oneassist.com said device will pickup up today[protected].. And after tomorrow[protected]Monday) received call from pickup person i will come and pickup the device.. After sometime i have called the person on received mobile number he said (Me ake nikal gaya... Kal avunga kisko bolna hai bonla)

                                  Delivery person asking for otp. But i didn't get any otp. My reliance number registered with paytm is not working since the company stopped it's network connection. So no otp received. Please deliver my parcel ask the delivery person to verify by identity card or send otp through email address the person came to deliver the parcel but returned back with parcel as i could not give required otp

                                  This product is not good as much as i expected and its not working well so i want to return my item back!

                                    I have placed return order twice for a same product.. Both times product not picked up by local courier.. Wen i called them they told me that they don't have supervisor at present and they will not pick my product..
                                    Getting too harassed by this kind of service.. When i call ecom call centre, they tell me everyday that product will b picked today for sure..
                                    Finally, flipkart too is responsible for this..
                                    I didn't got my refund and already have got totally different product.

                                      The company do not deliver product till my doors but.. My product reached to the nearest office. My order reached the office i tracked my order.. It was reached.. But when i went there they refused to give the product... And kept. Expected date for delivery was 23 oct 2017 today it's 31oct 2017. I didn't got my order... Ecom express is worst delivery company.
