But at 4:16 pm
I received the another message as order is undelivered due to incomplete address

Dear Customer, Your shipment[protected] is undelivered after 1st attempt on[protected].Please contact call centre @ [protected] - Ecom Express

Then i call on the above no. They said that order will be deliver tomorrow. And they doesn't say about any incomplete address why is it.
Why you doesn't tell clearly what is the problem and exactly when the product will be deliver please inform..

Immediately asim of rs. 19999/- has been deducted form my account. It is highly fraudulent. It is illegalo. Kindly stop this transaaction and return to my acoount pl. My cell no.[protected].       I am having worst ever experience with any courier company. Plz refer shipment number[protected] &[protected].
      At first the courier boy didn't even tried to contact n the status was falsely updated as non availability of consignee.
      Next I tried to raise the level by endorsing complaint twice and thrice n finally got the mobile number of manager of Bangalore branch- Mr Hemant n to my horror, he too was only good at lip service.
      I further enquired the reason of failed pick up and again had a pathetic reply that they just had one boy for this area.
      Anyway finally I received a call from courier boy who just plainly denied to pick up the item from home.. What a great service by an esteemed courier company

        I ordered a product from amazon which was expected to reach on 1of dec by ecom express. But i got the message about the address unlocatable. Then i had a talk with amazon customer care and they told me that the phone number was unreachable so then they updated my phone number and assured me that i ll get the product by 5th of dec. But everyday i got the same message. Then between that i also contacted ecom express customer care. 1st time they didnt have address or phone number of the jamshedpur office and again i call them now they have contact number of the supervisor incharge. Then when i contacted supervisor (Arvind kumar), he didnt pick up the call and sometimes he rejected my call. Then i sent him whatsapp message, he just saw the message and not replied yet. Really poor service offered by ecom express

        I had booked a mobile phone from Flipkart which was supposed to get delivered at my official address but they have returned it back without making any effort

        I had purchased it for someone’s birthday occasion which they have ruined .

        They have to compensate for their negligence so that it won’t happen with anyone .

          The couriered product from amazone and lifestyle not being delivered to the address. The courier service provider never calls but sends sms saying address unlocate and if we call they makes excuses that the staff is on leave and we should come and collect the product. Or they send back the product texting address not located. My hometown is a small city and divided into sectors which makes it very easy to locate the area.

          Shown to ad original image but delivered as duplicate product and I ordered fast-track watch and mi power bank but it's comes duplicate products so am fully sad so refund my money because my poor people

            product is out for delivery but not delivered

            Hi,

            I have made a prepaid and the awb is[protected]. I got the message stating that the shipment is out for delivery on 30th nov. But the delivery guy called me in late evening and said that he was not able to deliver it today and will deliver tomorrow however he updated the tracking status as rescheduled under customers request which clearly i din make. Then today, dec 1 i raised a complaint in amazon and again i got shipment...

            I have never seen such a worst courier company in my life, actually i have ordered a product from flipkart for urgent requirement i. E., arogya masic massager and the delivery address is work place sbi, manki branch.

            As the delivery address is work place it is there duty to deliver the product only on working day in office hours but see the foolishness of courier boy the item is out for delivery on sunday (26.11.2017) i have received a call regarding the delivery but i was out of station on sunday and i have promised that i will collect the product on monday then i have called the stupid person mobile no is [protected] continuously from monday to thursday but he was always making false promise and on 30th morning after my call he has informed me that my product was already returned on 28th nov 2017.

            I had ordered a hoody jacket from mydreamstore on 24/11/2017, I paid total money. Order Id 8c65d41 it shows the delivery status as delivered. however, i did not get any delivery.
            I wish they should refund my money or deliver the hoody jacket as soon as possible.
            worst part of it they are not responding to phone call.
            First time I am Seeing this type of service.
            very bad experience. still I not got my courier. so much time taken.

                    In paderu ecom express, the supervisor gampa chinnabu was taking money for every returning shipment from the customers. And also he was asking money for new joining employees as he joined there in his office. The response of the supervisor towards the customers was also not good. He was speaking very recklessly. Please take it as seriously and take action against him. There are some more frauds happening in that office, soon i will inform to you. Thank you.

                        I had order one product which came mahiti ecom authorized person as on 17th nov 2017 but from that day he doesn't delivery to me and no any reason still show for failure to that.                           Ecom courier gangtok can be rated as zero star on rating because not only with me but as taken reference from friends it has a very very poor service provider. They don't bother to make contact with customers and rather sends a message that we are unable to reach to your place and returns the products. My suggestions for this service provider is if you can't go properly with responsibilities it's better not to be part of it. We have to go to the place to collect the product so disgusting.

                          One of the most hopeless services... they don’t contact the customers, we have to call ourselves n check if the parcel has arrived.. and asking them to deliver my package has been a headache for me now.. they have stopped answering to my call.. wen I wanted to go and collect my parcel myself they tell me that they had some work and have closed the office.. crap.. I mean what the hell is this ???

                          My parcel had already arrived yesterday and they called me saying they'd deliver so till evening there were no calls and a message came by saying that my address was unlocate able. My address was in a highway I mean who could not see that and how come that was unlocate able. So today I called the service said tha my pin number was wrong and I don't have their numbers. I cannot even go to their office as I am very busy due to my work.I need my parcel asap as it is very important. What kind of courier service is this all I can see is only negative reviews and not one single good review.
                          Delivery person on ecom express is the worst.They don’t deliver your product and on top of that they don’t even talk well, they always lie saying delivery boy of your area is in leave and have been hearing this for almost 1.5 years.they are there for easy money they want us to get there product from office which is very far for most o[censored]s or else from them going to the specific area given by them.I haven’t received my product which I was out for delivery 3 days ago at first the guy said the delivery boy of your area is in leave the matter of fact is he should be the one delivering the product cause his number was sent in message and after that day he didn’t even call I had to call him and ask him about my product, all he said was the same thing about delivery boy taking leave.i got a mail today saying undeliverable because my address was unlocatable.they really should change there employees out there or else change the location of the office or stop delivering. I have been have if this problem since 1.5 years

And no exchange shoes at my place lonere maharashtra. Then i placed returned request on 30th october. Then on 31th october i received pickup massage from ecom express. Then i returned my order on 31th october by ecom express courier boy. Today is 10 november till i didn't received my refund amount in my bank account. Kindly something do on my query.

After going there he says wrong number and said he would'nt deliver the products.. U may cancel that. If a man doesn't know the place then why do you hire him anyway... I am disgusted by this kind of act... So see thia people are fired beacuse they always and will never stop doing this...
