My complaint with oneassist.com and device claimed due to damage.. On saturday[protected] i have received call from oneassist.com said device will pickup up today[protected].. And after tomorrow[protected]Monday) received call from pickup person i will come and pickup the device.. After sometime i have called the person on received mobile number he said (Me ake nikal gaya... Kal avunga kisko bolna hai bonla)

My complaint about delivery against Ecom PARKAL courier boys, they're not delivering the product s to door service, they staying at a Singareni guest house s busstop and calling to customers to take their parcels and pick ups from that place.

    I ordered through paytm shipment number[protected]
    Delivery person asking for otp. But i didn't get any otp. My reliance number registered with paytm is not working since the company stopped it's network connection. So no otp received. Please deliver my parcel ask the delivery person to verify by identity card or send otp through email address the person came to deliver the parcel but returned back with parcel as i could not give required otp

    I received the message about the delivery of my parcel and ecom inform me.But it's already one week I have not received my parcel. I told them not to return the item. But I don't know what happened to my order.
    This product is not good as much as i expected and its not working well so i want to return my item back!

      I have placed return order twice for a same product.. Both times product not picked up by local courier.. Wen i called them they told me that they don't have supervisor at present and they will not pick my product..
      Getting too harassed by this kind of service.. When i call ecom call centre, they tell me everyday that product will b picked today for sure..
      Finally, flipkart too is responsible for this..
      I didn't got my refund and already have got totally different product.

        The company do not deliver product till my doors but.. My product reached to the nearest office. My order reached the office i tracked my order.. It was reached.. But when i went there they refused to give the product... And kept. Expected date for delivery was 23 oct 2017 today it's 31oct 2017. I didn't got my order... Ecom express is worst delivery company.

          I got a back cover for my I phone 6.very bad quality.they taken 324 for that disgusting product and when I want to return the product there are no option to return that.very bad service and very bad quality.
          I have ordered a Parcel from myntra. I got the message of delivery. A call from ecom express last week. They told me that they will deliver my parcel after three days but it is almost a week they have nor delivered the order neither call me.I have told them not to return the item. So what can I do in this case.

              Ecom express is chetting to much i know that the product woun't recive because the product is shipping through ecom. This is too much i hve bought it for my need but they just dont reach me they just return the product without any information to the origin. Pliz correct or avoid this type of bad habit. Pliz try to know the inconvinence to the coustomer due to ur nagligence of work.

                Your delivery person is threatening me that he will give police complaint becuase i didnt take the delivery i had told him to cancel the delivery but he isnt ready to cancel it is the services you provide where are the ethics how can he forceto take it and he isnt ready to cancel it he is jus keep om coming home!

I have an slip which is given by your corrier boy, so i given the original product to you. Kindly help me on this matter so i refund my payment 1849 rs.                     Respected sir,
                    I placed an order at amazon.in of which a part with tracking id[protected] was out for delivery today and i was asked for my delivery address over mobile phone by your delivery person assigned to the said delivery and i informed him about my location. My home is situated barely 200 metres away from main road but he arrogantly denied to come to my home and forced me to reach a particular place to receive my order. I denied and asked him to come to my place as i ordered it for a home delivery. After that he came to deliver the product to my address but his behavior was enormously rough. I have received so many products from your delivery persons earlier and their gentleness pleased us so much. But this time i felt so disrespected that i am forced to place this complaint.
                    Sir, i have another deivery to come within a week with tracking id[protected] and i don't want my product to be delivered by this ill-mannered person further and i would like to request you to send some other delivery person for that purpose. So please do the needful and oblige.

                      Sir polo t shirt are not found in pack, when pack opened i found neck shirts that is also different sizes that means i placed my order in large size but delevired in medium size and extra large size are also delevered but i placed only t shirts so that pl return that at the earliest and refund my money pl other wise the item not use becuse uncomfortable sizes.

                        This parcel have to receive to me but the courier office they are updating consignee not available every time they are updating wrong information they are ever contact me yet, i have to receive lot of parcels from flipkart, amazon and others every time updating wrong information without my knowledge, if suppose to fail to deliver this parcel means i will inform to flipkart, amazon to dont ship the parcels through ecom express ever. Pls take necessary action as soon as possible.

But i opened infront of ecom courier office in that box 64 gb hp pen drive was missing, and other two items are duplicate totally i lossed rs.1049

                            I registered a pick-up request for my myntra delivery as the product was not my liking. They arrived a day late and finally when they came for a pick up i was in my washroom and was unable to pickup the phone call and when i called them back asap (3-4 minutes after he called). The pick up agent won't pickup my phone and when he finally did, he had this really bad attitude and told me he won't be able to pick up my package.

                              I got my parcel from zivame today and the person who delivered it had a very bad attitude when i told him that i cannot take delivery right now please do it by 2nd half or by tomorrow i'll take it but he was saying that i have loads of work to do i cannot deliver your product by today 2nd half or tomorrow so i am straight away cancelling your order. But there is this norm that if i dont take the delivery within 3 days then my order gets cancelled until then you have to deliver my product. The name of the delivery boy is piyush kumar and he is working in ecom express.

                                I placed a order using myntra and my order was divided into 2 shipments and it was sent through ecom express. However, after receiving the out for delivery message from ecom express, i did not get any call from the delivery person and by the end of day they changed the status of my shipment to "address unlocatable - consignee not contactable". Without even contacting the person just like that they have updated the tracking...

                                My name is shubham i am from ranchi jharkhand. I have ordered john player trouser on 21sep.
                                On 30sep. I got a call for my trousers bt i was unable to receive because i was out of town tomorrow when i was at my nearest ecom xpress courier service they took my tracking number and said please wait 10min. I have waited 1:30hr bt they still can't find my courier and took my id and number and said we will call you bt they haven't call yet.

                                    Today, 1.10.17, 2 ecom express courier boys came to pick up my 2 jabong return orders from my home. But they refused to pick up the items, showing the cause, that i didn't have the jabong plastic. I immediately called jabong customer care. They told me that jabong plastic isn't necessary for return pickup. They told the same to the boys, but still they refused and went away. And they harassed me & my parents, using very bad languages. I don't know the name of the boys, as they were refusing to tell. But i've their number, which they used to locate my home - [protected]. I also have their boss's name, to whom they were speaking in phone - tuhin ghosh, ecom express, barrackpore, kolkata office. And i took their photo, which i'm uploading here. If nothing happens here, i'm going to police & consumer court.

                                      I have ordered a product on flipkart (Shipment no.[protected] that is to be delivered by ecom courier service. At the time of delivery, at first the delivery boy is not coming to my house to deliver the shipment and ask to come there place to recieve the shipment then after that delivery boy is denying to deliver the product to a family member providing id proof, he's saying that i want the id prood of the person to whom the order is placed after his/her name. After that i calls ecom manager morena branch he is also denying so please instruct them to follow the rules they all are behaving like illiterate person make them understand to act according to the rule.
