Today, 1.10.17, 2 ecom express courier boys came to pick up my 2 jabong return orders from my home. But they refused to pick up the items, showing the cause, that i didn't have the jabong plastic. I immediately called jabong customer care. They told me that jabong plastic isn't necessary for return pickup. They told the same to the boys, but still they refused and went away. And they harassed me & my parents, using very bad languages. I don't know the name of the boys, as they were refusing to tell. But i've their number, which they used to locate my home - [protected]. I also have their boss's name, to whom they were speaking in phone - tuhin ghosh, ecom express, barrackpore, kolkata office. And i took their photo, which i'm uploading here. If nothing happens here, i'm going to police & consumer court.
