I have ordered WATCH from ebay. But it was not delivered for last two times. You people not even called to my registered mobile number. Courier person doing poor job. They are not even try to contact me but fakely updating i was not available during delivery. Please contact to my mobile number regarding delivery. I had already experienced two times. Everytime fake updates no communication to me. Without contacting cancelled my orders all the times...MY waybill no:[protected]

Worst courier service. All e-commerce company immediatey needed to discontinue the courier partnership with e-com express.. I booked a LED type fittings from Amazon.in vide order no.[protected] on 06.06.2016, but not received till date. E-com tracking no. is[protected]. They wrongly delayed the delivery by updating status as delayed delivery as per customer request. Very poor courier and the worst one.

I had purchased sparx shoes from amazon on 02/06/2016. The expected delivery date was 08/06/2016. The consignment number is[protected].
The item was in bangalore on monday, 06. But still in 3 days, these guys are unable to deliver it to me. I escalated this in amazon. Today, i called the customer support of ecom express. The guy said there is shortage of delivery boys. This is really worst courier services.

Please stopping your service, if you cannot satisfy your customers by delivering the items as per expected date.

And, i would request all e-commerce website to stop shipping the items through ecom express.

I ordered a product from flipkart and they shipped the product by ecom express.

When the product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery...
I was waiting from morning but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery...
I didn't even got any call or any prior information... Then how could i tell them for future delivery...
I contacted their helping number for clarification.. Without clarifying the issue he was being rude...
Ecom express making customers fools

I got my username and password as well as activation key so i logged in from these details. After posting 2-3 ad, i signed out. After that whenever i try to log in, shows error 404 although it opens my account but i cannot post any ads since it does not open advertising tools option instead it asks for my username and password again ad again but it never opens.
So solve this problem so that i can start posting my ads. Thank you.

My name is chowdam munuswamy. I ordered a lenovo 15.6 laptop backpack in flipkart on 23/05/2016. My shipment no is[protected]. But it is not delivered to me up to now. They called me on 31/05/2016 at 5pm and told me come and pickup your bag. I told him sir g peddapur to sangareddy 40kms distance so please come to jogipet which is nearby up to 17kms distance and i will receive my order. He told me i don't come to that village, come here and take it or otherwise your wish. His name is srinivas reddy and contact no is [protected]. Next day another courier boy called me at 4:00pm and said come here to sangareddy to pickup your product. His contact no is [protected]. So please resolve issue, i want my product at my door step. Or otherwise i will complaint to your higher authorities as soon as possible.

I have booked a phone at filbkart on 25.05.2016, the estimate time for delivery of product on 31.05.2016, the product sent through E Com Express my Shipment No[protected] . 29.05.2016 i see the Track on E com express, the product in sathyamangalam on 28.05.2016 but still i am not receive the product (02.06.2016) there no contact no for the branch office in sathyamangalam.

I have ordered a product from Voinook which was to come through Ecom..On day of delivery they msg me that it would be arriving on that day bt it wasnt and next day rcvd a msg that product was undelivered as the consignee was not available eventhough i wasny called nor contacted. Next day i got a cal frm ecom asking whether they should snd the product tommorrow or not for which i answered yes..even that day it wasnt dlvrd. After cmplaining they delivered it after 2 days..that too the delivery boy was not ready to come to my doorstep..asked me to come downstairs to pick up the parcel.
Now when i want to return the same parcel i recieved a msg as well as call from ecom n same story was repeated.. He neither came to recieve the return parcel n i also got undelivery msg that the consignee was not available...Such a negligent attitute must say..want to forward my conplaint to consumer court n will definetly do that as this attitute of ecom is disgusting and unacceptable.

I m frequent customer of online shoping. But our area in Bokakhat(Dist-golaghat, assam, pin-785612) town ecom express staff are so irresponsible. They don't know how to deal a customer. Their staff all the time busy on facebook. For collect a product customer had to go many time. On of lady (may be incharge) all the time busy on her mobile. I went three time to collect a shipment but still they did not find out the product. Useless fallows are in there. plz solve this prblm asa soon as possible. Other wise colse the service in this area.

I am the frequent online buyer i recently purchased a product that i needed for my training sessions via Order ID: [protected], Placed on 03 Mar, 2016 and it was to be delivered between 11-15 March. The product reached my area on 9th March but was not delivered till 16th. This is not the first incident but we suffer badly due to the lousy service

I have called the courier many times but they didnt delivered.
Its very urgent to me but they aren`t paying any attention.
Very poor service from ecom courier.

I ordered a dress in flipkart Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :S[protected].
But the delivery boy initially refused to deliver the product by door delivery, after request he delivered the product and demanded for extra money (took extra money also by forcibly) and behaved roughly. Please take this issue seriously and take immediate action.

The delivery guys many times delayed my pakege & I every time call them is my parcel there? .plz do something those men will destroy your business.

The guy who was supposed to do home delivery asked me to come to the main road to get the parcel and he was rude too.. I wish your employees are not rude while delivering the packages..

I didn't get the parcel containing HP laptop coming from snapdeal via ecom express courier. It's bill no.[protected] and order no. SLP[protected].

I called to economic express courier Borivali branch[protected], the lady who was talking was not at all trained... She didn't knew how to behave with customers, I was asking regarding my courier which has been misplaced, instead of showing me concern she said you will get your money back and cut down the phone. When I again called they didn't even picked up. What kind of service you guys are giving. Pathetic. It was a very important courier of mine, economic express courier service is really very bad plus employees behaviour is disgusting. you guys need to improve a lot. Ruchi [protected]
