First of all, snapdeal, amazon.in etc should change their delivery partners from Ecom express. This is the first time i received a wrong and fraud delivery from snapdeal on 29th october, in Osmanabad, instead of Western Digital enterprise sata 1tb internal hard disk, they delivered me Seagate ATA 80 gb hard disk with a cheapest packing ever just a single air bubble plastic was wrapped with no product box no manual, no warrenty card, no nothing just 3rd class, plz see the attached images you will see how a 6000rs product was replaced with this cheap one, earlier snapdeal gave each and every product fine, correct, in time and good condition, secondly, i received a call from Ecom express on 31st of october, the person said me that pickup the parcel urself, its a bit bigger in size, obviously a cabinet is supposed to be bigger, or furniture or a television!... hence its their duty to deliver it, or then y wud i buy online, i'd rather by from the store! even then, i said okay for humanity sake, i booked a vehicle at 11 am, i was leaving to get the parcel, and then suddenly i receive a call, that i will deliver it you wait, i said i already booked a vehicle. he denied and said wait i will give, i waited, kept calling since 11am to him, almost till 2 pm, specially waiting for that parcel. and note it that the distance is not even 3 to 4 kms from their office.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
