        My order of a handbook from flipkart has not been delivered after reaching its nearest hub at nagaon ecom express in assam
        Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        It was already deliverd today to ecom service today at nagaon assam but it didnt reach my doorstep yet.

          I had ordered a book on 8th Dec yet not received. Every time i only call them for status. I have logged in n placed the order but they dont put any information where is my book. No use of online ordering any product in you didnt receive it within 5-7 days. They had promised to deliver it within 5-7 days but they are not providing clear information. Now they told they have shipped it on 14th Dec. I called ECOM services. i dont know whats going on.. they told they received it on 19th. But why they are not delivering it. When I spoke to them they are still not sure when are they going to deliver it. NO CONFIRMATION. Now i am in doubt if site is fake i entered my bank details.           Now I came to know they have placed order to themselves. Now no clear picture of refund amount whenever i ask they say they will send mail. Wrong order has been placed not fault, no picture how much amount r they gonna refund.. i read their policy they will return only the book amount not shipment but here its not my fault.. they have courier this book to themselves..

            I have ordered a ROADSTER sweater.My order No.97398628. But your courier partner is hesitant to deliver it to my given address. This is not the first time even in earlier two occasions the delivery boy was instructed me to collect it from him from my office gate and for this i had to stop my work and collect this from him. This is ridiculous. For this order also they r doing like this. So i have denied him. Plz fix this problem otherwise i will hesitant to order any further from Myntra.

                I had ordered Tricycle from PayTM. As per the status it was supposed to be delivered by 9th November'2015, as of Today i.e. 12th November it's still not delivered. Tricycle was a gift for my daughter and had to cut a sorry face time and again infront of her and my family. Ecomm express updates the courier delivery status as per their WILL AND WISH. They JUST FOOL the customers. They have wrongly updated the delivery status twice - Once indicating - "Consignee Not available" and second time indicating "Consignee has requested for future delivery", while no such request was made by me and i was completely available at my house (24/7) and eagerly waiting the gift for my daughter. I even tried calling their customer care (who are rude) and got the SPOC contact details . Even the SPOC (Zeeshan) at E-comm is clueless about the package. Completely unprofessional courier services i have come across till date. They are just FOOLING customers.

                  An order was picked up by Ecom Express, Tenali bearing the no.[protected] on 26.10.2015 destined to: W S Retail Pvt Ltd, Flipkart Ltd, Bangalore-560007. But, till date the said consignment was not delivered to Flipkart, bangalore. When we contacted through customer care for the status of the consgnment they simply saying that my consignment was mis-routed and it will be delivered by 6th Nov, 2015. This is highly irregular. Hence, I want compensation from Ecom Express Courier services regarding bad delay in delivering my consignment wilfully. My contact number @ [protected]

                    First of all, snapdeal, amazon.in etc should change their delivery partners from Ecom express. This is the first time i received a wrong and fraud delivery from snapdeal on 29th october, in Osmanabad, instead of Western Digital enterprise sata 1tb internal hard disk, they delivered me Seagate ATA 80 gb hard disk with a cheapest packing ever just a single air bubble plastic was wrapped with no product box no manual, no warrenty card, no nothing just 3rd class, plz see the attached images you will see how a 6000rs product was replaced with this cheap one, earlier snapdeal gave each and every product fine, correct, in time and good condition, secondly, i received a call from Ecom express on 31st of october, the person said me that pickup the parcel urself, its a bit bigger in size, obviously a cabinet is supposed to be bigger, or furniture or a television!... hence its their duty to deliver it, or then y wud i buy online, i'd rather by from the store! even then, i said okay for humanity sake, i booked a vehicle at 11 am, i was leaving to get the parcel, and then suddenly i receive a call, that i will deliver it you wait, i said i already booked a vehicle. he denied and said wait i will give, i waited, kept calling since 11am to him, almost till 2 pm, specially waiting for that parcel. and note it that the distance is not even 3 to 4 kms from their office.

                      I have ordered at Flipkart.com, The goods booked through Ecom Express shipment No.[protected]. Then I have rcved a SMS to Delivery. But there was no response from them, then I called Ecom Express Nagaon branch. Then the guy was out of office. He assured me as I will recv the goods on that day. I wait the day, on next day I went to the office and asked about shipment, they replied the shipment has been returned. Even, my all friends has been faced lots of times the same problems from the Ecom Express service. This is the most worst service ever we Purchased.

                          The services of this company is worst. To add to it the customer care is not reachable. One of the numbers goes to MTNL number. Can all of them stop using this company services. I got through the call center after trying for over 2 hours and was greeted by most rude call center person. Who plainly shifted all blames to Flipkart stating if you have problem please contact flipkart. They decide to use our service. When i asked for local office number they refused to give any contact number. Air Waybill No :[protected]

                              I placed an order of sony xperia z1on 12th october on rediff. The seller dispatched the product on 14th of oct and i haven't got the delivery till date. Their tracking site says that product is in mumbai while their customer care representative says that its in delhi. Please note that they do not attend any phone calls nor they reply to emails at first attempt. I have been trying their number since 3 days and yet i am about to hear a word from them. After sending a couple of emails they replace that the consignment has reached its Delhi hub.After 2 days I again sent them a mail regarding whereabouts of the products, and again they have the same answer that its lying at their delhi hub. They need to deliver it to my address in Meerut but seems like they are not interested. I request the company to arrange a call back as soon as possible. AWB:[protected]

                                Hello Everyone, This is straight from the Horse's mouth... I used to work in ECOM, started working few days back and guess what I had to leave as I could not bear the immense stupidity of all the people working there, especially the management. I myself was in a managerial position in ECOM but the sheer mismanagement, indiscipline of the staff members, rudeness towards Customers made me leave in mere 5 days. Believe me when I say this, if Snapdeal, Myntra and all other reputed online vendors keep using ECOM then the future of e-commerce in India looks extremely bleak... The consignments are piled up like haystack, workers throw Consignments from one corner of the room to the other as if they are flinging stones not someone's hard earned money spent on purchasing something they want. Top management has no clue whatsoever what's going on at the grass-root level. No infrastructure of any kind to manage the goods. As I said earlier if all reputed vendors keep on using ECOM because its cheap then buyers will switch back to traditional ways of shopping. Regards, Someone who believes in superior Customer Service
