My delivery date for scheduled for 30th September 2022 for a product ordered through Flipkart. On 29th Sept, on the portal, I could see the product was "Out for Delivery". However, at the end of the day, the portal said "Undelivered". Since it was one day before the delivery date, I didn't think much of it. However, the same thing happened on the 30th. The same thing happened again on the 1st of October.
Ecom's automated Customer Care number is also ridiculous. It provides the following options: "Press 9 for re-attempt". If you press 9 however, it says "Information Incorrect". It says "Press 3 for raising a complaint". When I pressed 3, it tried to cancel my order. This is outrageous.
Ecom keeps "Undelivering" the product, provides no information about delivery agent's contact number and doesn't update Flipkart either as to why it is missing the delivery.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
