Hii ...I placed an order in meesho on 30th aug...It was expected to deliver on 5th sep...But by 14th sep I didn't get any updates from Ecom courier side... Morning I got a message that my parcel will gonna deliver today...Now the delivery boy called me and asked the code to cancel the order... I asked we didn't see the parcel yet why I need to share the code...He said that the parcel was different from your order so we need to return it...He didn't even know what I ordered...And threatening me to share the cancellation code which I got in message...He denying to deliver because of the distance...Now he will simply report that customer was not available and cancel the order as he wish...worst experience ever...What I need to now?He is ignoring my calls..I want my parcel ...My AWB no : [protected]...His name - Sathish :[protected]...Ecom express, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu

    My return from TATA CLiQ for Order Reference No:[protected], Transaction ID - [protected], Product, "Nuon by Westside Multi Colour-Blocked Cropped Shirt" for INR 599 was picked up by Ecom Express on 17th August 2022. The acknowledgment I received from Ecom Express is attached herewith.
    The Transaction ID in the acknowledgment I received from Ecom Express doesn’t match with my Transaction ID. The Transaction ID in the acknowledgment I received is [protected] which is associated with another customer because of which I’m unable to receive my refund.
    When the return pickup executive of Ecom Express picked up my return order he assured that it was scheduled to be collected by them. He opened and verified my package as well. Please help me out. I don’t know what to do. When I called Ecom Express customer care number I was asked to mail them. I already mailed them 3 times and did not get any response.
    As I mentioned, the product was picked up on 17th August 2022 from my location Vattamkulam, Edappal, Ponnani, Kerala, India ( 679578 ). Please look into the matter and provide the correct details of pick up so that I can forward it to TATA CLiQ customer support management team.

        I would like to inform you that, my self Manglem Meetei and my EPL ID # 103920, I had been worked in your organization from 11th Sept 2021 to 10th May 2022 based location is Assam Hojai (HJI) 782435. I had given resignation on 15th May due to some my personal work but I have been worked till 10th May 2022. And I have received less salary - 2024/- for the month of May (26th April to 10th May) even I worked in 02 holidays as well as on 03rd May (EID) & 05th May (W/off). Same I have been updated to DC lead Mr. Rohini Kalita regarding the less salary received and he said that will check and let you know. But still I am not getting clear clarification on the same. So requesting you to kindly let me know the reason and Is there any logged debit in my name Or id?

        Pls Regret for late intimation... Actually I was waiting for the clarification from DC lead but still there is no any clear updates and DC lead as well as confused on the same.

              My name is raju. i did not ordered anything from JB enterprises .but an sweet ladies trimmer was delivered at my home costing 869 rupees . but i have also ordered a boat trimmer worth 869 from Flipkart so i mistaken it with that order but i have no idea about this sweet product . so kindly resolve this issue . or atleast contact me in a proper way . iam also filing a complaint against Flipkart for selling my data to anonymous third party vendor as the address and mobile no. on false product is exactly same as i have registered on Flipkart app a weak ago.

                        [protected] package is shown in transit from last 3 days, while it was supposed to be delivered on September 8th. Company have claimed to deliver the package in 10 business days but its been 17 days since the product have been picked. I have tried to reach out to their customer complaint number but its not working. Dropped mails, but no response have been received. Also dropped complaint through their website compalint portal and it also went unanswered.

                        While its sure that its been my first and last experience with ecom. I just want to know if they can repond to my query and if they can't than, I will have to start the legal action process against them.

                              Delivery boy brought wrong parcel to a different address and demanded us to pay for it which was COD. we had not placed any order with Cod. When we said we dint order that ..he started shouting in front of the house ...and was warning us ..he is not going anywhere unless we pay and take that order. This was scary. Just can't explain the incident...through words. He was drunk as well. Why are you hiring uneducated people .oh my god. Kindly...

                              The delivery service is worst, there is no customer care service. We cannot track the order details.
                              It is already over one month still in transit
                              And unable to complain about it.

                                    My parcel is stuck in Bengaluru Transit since August 21 2022 and have not yet delivered to my home. When contacted customer care last week, they said that mistake is from their end and they will deliver soon, but its been a week and no one has contacted or delivered my product yet.
