      My name is raju. i did not ordered anything from JB enterprises .but an sweet ladies trimmer was delivered at my home costing 869 rupees . but i have also ordered a boat trimmer worth 869 from Flipkart so i mistaken it with that order but i have no idea about this sweet product . so kindly resolve this issue . or atleast contact me in a proper way . iam also filing a complaint against Flipkart for selling my data to anonymous third party vendor as the address and mobile no. on false product is exactly same as i have registered on Flipkart app a weak ago.

        Your logistics team are cheating bcz from last 7 days not updating current location of my order. I want delivery on urgent basis.
        Why given tracking number if not trackable order. I don't know anything about my order not update.
        I already many times contact ecomexpress customer care regarding this issue but till not respond. I am very unhappy.
        Very unprofessional team you have.
        There is no respect for clients and their time.

                [protected] package is shown in transit from last 3 days, while it was supposed to be delivered on September 8th. Company have claimed to deliver the package in 10 business days but its been 17 days since the product have been picked. I have tried to reach out to their customer complaint number but its not working. Dropped mails, but no response have been received. Also dropped complaint through their website compalint portal and it also went unanswered.

                While its sure that its been my first and last experience with ecom. I just want to know if they can repond to my query and if they can't than, I will have to start the legal action process against them.

                      Ecom service

                      Delivery boy brought wrong parcel to a different address and demanded us to pay for it which was COD. we had not placed any order with Cod. When we said we dint order that ..he started shouting in front of the house ...and was warning us ..he is not going anywhere unless we pay and take that order. This was scary. Just can't explain the incident...through words. He was drunk as well. Why are you hiring uneducated people .oh my god. Kindly...

                      The delivery service is worst, there is no customer care service. We cannot track the order details.
                      It is already over one month still in transit
                      And unable to complain about it.

                          Hi, this is a humble request to display unserviced pincodes in the website.One of my shipment was delayed and not delivered doorstep stating that it is unserviced area.(Kindly note that the pin is 673612, not a remote area and other courier agents serve doorstep delivery).                             My parcel is stuck in Bengaluru Transit since August 21 2022 and have not yet delivered to my home. When contacted customer care last week, they said that mistake is from their end and they will deliver soon, but its been a week and no one has contacted or delivered my product yet.                                   I had ordered 2 kurtas from Meesho on 25th August 2022 which is being delivered by Ecom express vide tracking ID: [protected] and [protected].

                                  One of the order was supposed to be delivered today, 03rd Sept, 2022 and the other on 5th sept, 2022.

                                  I have been checking the tracking link, but there's no update since 30th august, 2022 after reaching Mangalore for both the products.

                                  I tried calling Ecom express on the number provided on their site, but the number is switched off !

                                  Plus i have already paid for the product and have raised complaint on Meesho.

                                  Please look into this and provide a resolution. Have never had such a bad experience ever with online shopping

                                    I had order a few items from pharmeasy and it is being shipped by ecom express. After a few days, the delivery person came to hand over the parcel and asked for the OTP he sent but i didn't receive any OTP, He retried sending OTP a few more times but I received none, I checked my network connection every thing else, all of it was working well. So in the end he returned with the order, What is a customer supposed to do in such situation? Even their customer care no. they provide does not responds.

                                      I am extremely dissatisfied and harrassed by Ecom Express. My AWB - [protected] is being undelivered from 2 days, also the expected delivery date has crossed. This is ridiculous. No reply from your end as well the executive. They do not contact at all and mark undelivered. The shipment contain liquid sanitizer which is an essential commodity but your company is not serious at all about the deliveries.
                                      Hope that you will take some action ASAP for this cheap and poor behaviour .Please deliver my product as soon as possible.
