I HAVE ORDERED ONE PRODUCT IN FLIPKART.COM ON 14TH OCTOBER 2014. I GOT THE SMS AS IT IS DELIVERED THROUGH ECOM EXPRESS. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. MY AIRWAY BlLL NO:[protected] AND ORDER NO: S62012250. WHEN MY PRODUCT IS GETTING DELIVERED. PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I booked adidas socks through SHOPCLUES.COM on dated[protected] it has to be delivered to me on 22nd or 23rd of Octomber but still it is not delivered to me. here the shipment no :[protected].

But it is showing the status is delivered, please give me the details to whom it is delivered and acknowledge the same.

          Hello Forum, I have placed an order on Nykaa.com on 13th October 2014, and my shipment was handed over to Ecom Express on 15th October 2014 tracking number[protected]. Till date I have not received the shipment and they informed me that they have shortage of people so I took all the pain to go and visit their Office in which my shipment was scanned i.e, Electronic City and the place is like a mortuary of shipments so many online sites. They searched for the whole day and they are still searching but my shipment is missing. Can you please provide me help on this, this is a prepaid order and I cannot cancel the order also :(

            My order no: od[protected] place on Flipkart and shipped thru Ecom via[protected] order id was shipped from Bangalore on 24th October and promised to be delivered on 28th. The tracker only shows Bagged in Bangalore. Even flipkart is unable to track and provide reasons. Kindly support. Looking at the number of complaints I am doubtlful about the integrity of this courier.

              Hi, I ordered a product from snapdeal. Ecom express Way Bill number[protected] The expected delivery date was 19th Oct, Then it changed to 25th Oct. After that it changed to 27th Oct. The product is not delivered yet even after 27th Oct. Now the status is showing as "Undelivered (Reason Code : 331 - Consignee requested for future delivery )". Am I ever going to receive this product ?

              Kindly look in to the issue. Or else, please cancel the logistics done by you than making the customers disappointed with the delayed delivery.

                              My air waybill no. :[protected]. I have ordered for an item from Snap Deal on 08/10/2014. The consignment was handed over to you by them on 11/10/2014. Till date I have not received the consignment. I tried to talk to your CSE but he himself did not have any knowledge about the where abouts of the consignment. I tried to check on your tracking link but was of no use. The tracking system is not updated. The last update was done on 20/10/2014 after I talked to your CSE. Can you tell me where the consignment is? Whether it will be delivered to me or not, or should I take any other legal action against all concerned? A very bad experience and a very bad service. Such an experience was not expected from reputed organizations - Snap Deal, and Ecom Express.

When today I am tracking my product it is showing not delivered contact to customer support. They didn't call me or they not inform me also. I have paid my money also online. The service is too bad. Plz teach them lesson.
