MY AWB no is.[protected] I have purchased from shopclues.com and they shipped it through this worse ecom express courier company. They Received the product on 14th October and send it to Surat facility on 15th.I am supposed to get it to Bangalore. .After that No information updated. I contacted customer care many times. still those people were lying about it. One said It's out for delivery, One said you'll receive in 2 days. Another one told me last week.. they are unable to connect it and sending back to Shopclues. But that also not done. The worst courier service ever. I have paid for the product and im not getting anything.

        I ordered a product on shopclues.com at 12 october 2014 which was dispatched and handed over to ecom express on 15 october 2014 with waybill no.[protected] and the estimated delivery date was 19 october.Its 31st october today and still i did not get my product, many times i tried to conatct ecom through email and phone but they did not responded and still i did not get the product.I talked to shopclues.com about this issue then they told me that they have contacted the courier company and i would get the product within 30 october 2014 but still no delivery by the ecom.I have never seen such a worst courier comapny, i mean i have never seen a courier company who takes more than 20 days to a deliver product and still no delivery.

            This is very ridiculous, ecom express is provide very bad services to all. I know that very well. Because employees knows that my address and all details of my residence. That guys only give me one parcel and another parcel take with him. I was ordered one but one oreder devided in two part. So I got only second part of product(Way bill::[protected] and onother part will on this(Way Bill ::[protected]. Still this is not delivered yet. I send daily mail on customer care of ecom. Please solved this out.

                  Hi All, This is really very bad experience I ever experience from Shopping with Snap deal. Since I have placed my order on 16th of October but still there is no progress on product delivery. When I tried to inquire with ECOM Express courier partner they have been giving the commitment since last 7 days like we will make the delivery by today but at the end of the day remarks column is updated as "consignee asked for future delivery". I don't understand when no body called me/ SMS me or mailed about this delivery then how can they put the status like we requested for future delivery. This is really very bad for any customer who has already paid the amount 16 days back and still waiting for product to be delivered . Are you guys really going to deliver the product to me or something else is happened with my product ( like you have lost or broken it). I really don't understand why this much of delay. Do you handle your customer like this or always you take 30 days, 3 month or 1 year to make to the delivery. This really a pathetic kind of services I ever experience and would like to understand what is the procedure to compensate monetary for this delay.                         I have ordered mobile in Snap deal on 20.10.2014 and they have send via Ecom Express courier on 21.10.2014. Air Waybill no.[protected] Order No :PI[protected]. Status was stucked up at one point time, no proper update. There are no correct office telephone number provided, when i try to call, they are not picking the calls and no reply for the emails sent to the customer care. Unsatisfied with Ecom Express service.                           I have purchased a screen guard for my mobile phone. I tried to track it. It is not showing. The ecom express is stating that they have not received the order from shop clues. And shopclues is stating that it is shipped with tracking id[protected] . Shop clues cant trace the product and they dont answer the customer service calls. Its been 3 weeks since i ordered.                                     Hello Forum, I have placed an order on Nykaa.com on 13th October 2014, and my shipment was handed over to Ecom Express on 15th October 2014 tracking number[protected]. Till date I have not received the shipment and they informed me that they have shortage of people so I took all the pain to go and visit their Office in which my shipment was scanned i.e, Electronic City and the place is like a mortuary of shipments so many online sites. They searched for the whole day and they are still searching but my shipment is missing. Can you please provide me help on this, this is a prepaid order and I cannot cancel the order also :(

                                      My order no: od[protected] place on Flipkart and shipped thru Ecom via[protected] order id was shipped from Bangalore on 24th October and promised to be delivered on 28th. The tracker only shows Bagged in Bangalore. Even flipkart is unable to track and provide reasons. Kindly support. Looking at the number of complaints I am doubtlful about the integrity of this courier.

                                        Hi, I ordered a product from snapdeal. Ecom express Way Bill number[protected] The expected delivery date was 19th Oct, Then it changed to 25th Oct. After that it changed to 27th Oct. The product is not delivered yet even after 27th Oct. Now the status is showing as "Undelivered (Reason Code : 331 - Consignee requested for future delivery )".
