i placed the order from paytm on 12 and the paytm they dispatched on 16th of november and maximum delievery date to be delievered to my address was 21ST of november, but still i don't know where the item and very bad service from paytm and both Ecom express and the ecom AWB no. is[protected] and[protected]

            I am kamalakar, i have ordered 1 item from Infibeam.com which has been shipped by Ecom express Currier on 08/05/2014, But till now i have not received my item, details are : Air Waybill No.[protected] Order No. IBDELMAH693890B76A till date there is no information about my shipment???? I tried calling Infibeam as ecom express, but there is no proper response from any of them. It is one of most disgusting & worst experience I have gone through. ecom express is not at all responding, they are very unprofessional & rude behaviour. Infibeam is only spoiling its own brand and trust from customers by tieing up with this kind of in expereicned & unprofessional couriers!!! I need the my item very urgently. Please help.

              Ordered shipment from Flipkart and the courier company has updated my ship tracking status as undelivered/on-hold without contacting me a single time. AWB #[protected]. These are a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals who decided to open a courier company, but now cannot handle the business. Nobody should use this courier company for any shipment whatsoever.

                I had placed an order ith SNAPDEAL 15 days back. I am yet to receive the order and it is pending with this riiculous COurier SErvice. I have been given the contact numbers of two losers from this company named Krithika- [protected] and another Manager called Santosh- [protected]...but both are not responding to my calls. I am at my wits' end to handle this anymore. Totally frustrated. I do not know why snapdeal is damagiing its own reputation by using this courier service.

                Worst courier service i have ever come across in my life. Had placed an order from Jabong and it was supposed to get delivered on 15th May but till date i have received. Moreover the contact numbers provided by delhi office of surat branch are not at all responsive to attend customer calls and give proper information. They either dont pick up calls and if at all they pick up then they excuse from answering. Delhi office customer care says that at surat they do not have anyone to deliver couriers and i should go and collect myself. Still i ahve no status of my courier. Pathetic courier service and ridiculous executives at Delhi H.O. as well as at Surat.

                Finally after talking to jabong customer complain executive, finally it got delivered on 21st May.
                But definitely i have wasted around 50rs behind giving calls to jabong customer service and courier company and next time i will definitely think for alternative shopping site.

                    I booked a gift to my kid through snap deal on 2nd of may. They sent me a massage saying that gift is delivered on may 06th. Today is may 11 and i haven't received any order. They sent my product through ecom express courier air way bill number[protected]. Even though i called to customer care service they are not responding.They have given couple of Bangalore phone numbers they are not ringing. The status code in ecom tracking site is Consignee Not Available. I am at home last two days and i haven't got any call from them regarding courier.                       I have ordered a product through snapdeal and it was delivered to ECOM on 25th and I was suppose to recieve it in 26th but I did not recieve, on inquiry I was told u will receive it by 27th due to some issue. On 27 th I did not recieve it till late evening and again on inquiry I was told that u will recieve it by night 10, but I dint recieve. I called them again on 28th and to my surprise they told me that product was not out on 27th and u will receive it today, but I still did not get it. And the story continues.                         Fake status update

                        After comparing delivery time on many online shop i bought a laptop from snapdeal. Because i wanted it urgently. It suppose to reach me by 24th of feb. Snapdeal has done their part very promptly. I have been tracking the consignment on the ecom express site. It reached bangalore before 24th and it was out for delivery on 24th morning. Ecom express office is just 3 km away from my house.

                        But till now i havent received the consignment. Everyday they are updating the status as "consignee not available".

                        While i am available in my home for the compete whole day since i am working from home and we are 4 members in the house. Yesterday (25th feb) i received a call from the delivery guy asking for the exact location. He was not able to even read the address properly.

                        I asked him by when he will reach here. Very rudely he gave an impression that when ever he like to come he will.


                        It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

                        Even I am facing the same issue. Snapdeal has shipped it on 24th itself from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. But the status in ecom shows the shipment is still in Ahmedabad. I was expecting the product on 27th. Infact while ordering I spoke with snapdeal customer care to make sure if it will reach me by 27th and they did say yes for it. So I had placed an order on 22nd. Snapdeal is worst and so is ecom. Flipkart and ebay are far more reliable. Waybill No.[protected]
                        I received the courier just in time after some repeated follow ups. Alls well that ends well.
                        I agree...FlipKart is also engaging them...they did it yesterday...
                        Let's see what Flipkart has to say to the complaint raised today...
                        Ecomexpress does not public local office numbers in their website
                        They have not processed the baggage for three days as per tracking information ...

                        I have ordered some items through snapdeal.. They are prompt.. But the person from Ecom express simply updated the status that office closed..I don't know what the hell is closed..my office opens 24/7..All other couriers are better than Ecom, ., A fake & third class service company.

                        I have ordered one item on 20/7/14 on SNAPDEAL...so for i am not received any message regarding my item...So, I searched Ecom express in matthekare bangalore..They given the negligence answer and they told that they received the item on 24th July Morning and they returned back to the RTO at evening by negligence of the Ecom express person...

                        I am facing delayed service problem from ecom express ... my delivery date is 30th sep 2014 date but still i didn't receive my consignment ... very poor consumer Support ... snap deal must change the courier service because of this they are loosing their customers
                        Even I'm facing the same issue. I was there at home for the entire day. They undelivered the package with status 'consignee not available'. This package has to come from snapdeal. Neither did I get a call from them, nor they even came to my house. I'm wondering how it was undelivered saying I am not available?

I was promised delivery of my product on 11th october but its now 15th october and i have no clue about my product. These guys dont have any numbers. I dont know to whom to contact and to whom to speak to. I believe the best way is to go to consumer court and drag these people into the legal syatem.

                        I bought a Cam on 15th Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 29th Oct 2014.

                        Their website doesn't show the real status.
                        They don't commit realistically.

                        Snapdeal customer service replies "The product is already shipped from our end. The delay due to courier service is BEYOND OUR CONTROL"

                        I have vowed never again to buy from Snapdeal even if it means paying a bit extra to get from FlipKart or Amazon.

                        I ordered mob on 13 Oct and it delivered on 23 Oct,

                        The real seen is I got the wrong status by customer care(which is rarely connects) for my package .
                        I visited 2 ecom offices in Pune (as provided bye customer care) at least for twice each...u cant believe after all that they are saying your package is still in Dehli.
                        There customer executives are not professional, bad behaviour with customer.
                        I am not going to go for The Mobile Store again as they have poor service provider for courrier.
                        This is one of the worst courier I have seen. Snapdeal, shopclues & few more online portals are spoling their name only because of this courier. I ordered paint Zoom and since the product was not working, I returned it. They sent the replaced product and it is supposed to be delivered on 27th Oct 2014 and still not delivered till 30th Oct 2014. I tried calling them. Either they disconnect the call or not answering. I also complained to Snal deal on it and they assuered to resolve it and now it is more than 48 hrs. There is no response from Snaldeal either. Snap deal order no: [protected].

                        There can not be worst service than ECom Express. They are bunch o[censored]nprofessional people, semi literate and need to be thrashed (not the delivery boy though). I do not know who whole is proprietor/Manager of this maha third class courier. They do not even pick up phone up phone given on their web site or if at all they pick up the moment you ask them for status of your parcel they hang the phone.

                        I bough an item from elitify it was shipped through Ecom Express with tracking id #[protected] on 28th Oct but till date it is lying in their Delhi office. Pathetic. In fact due to sudden surge in on line sale good courier companies are totally tied up and third class courier like Ecom becomes only option for any e-commerce site. The tremendous growth in online shopping has also exposed so called good couriers like Blue Dart, Fedex etc that they are not ready for this and can not handle business of such magnitude. Till the time they improve their infrastructure consumer and seller will continue to face this problem.

                        Ecom express is bull . I placed an order on snap deal for D link 150 and the order no is [protected] which was handed over to Ecom and thier tracking number is[protected] and the expected delivery date was 12 Nov 2014 but i have not recieved the consignment till date.
                        I am also suffering from such type of experiance. I have booked order from snapdeal on 27.11.2014 and ECOM site has shown in transit from 29.11.14, but till date i have not recd my order.

Snapdeal shipped on 21/12/2014 from jaipur to kurnool(Andhara Pradesh) thought ecom express.But the ecom express tracking status shows that it still in jaipur only.                         Snapdeal & ECOM Couriers are the most Pathetic companies i have seen with my experience in e-commerce buying. Recently brought a room heater and snapdeal updated me that the shipment has been dispatched on the 22nd on December 2014. I remember even paying additional 150 INR to get next day dispatch as its cold in Ahmedabad and my Inlaws needed it.I got a confirmation from Snapdeal that i would be receiving my shipment on or before the 26th of December.
                        However upon not receiving the shipment i contacted ECOM couriers who told me that they had backlogs and the shipment would arrive only on 30th or 31st of Dec 2014. The CSR also told me that i should contact Snapdeal as they will not deliver before 31st. I have registered 2 complaints with Snapdeal and they also did not do anything about it and only sent me apology msg's.

                        Now on the 31st i get a call from my house that our top floor neighbor has delivered the goods to her house. The box was already opened and hence i called the delivery guy (+91 [protected]) from ECOM. He bluntly told that no one was present at home and he delivered the same to our neighbour. Its very strange that there were 3 people in my flat and most importantly he delivered the shipment on a different floor inspite us of having 3 neighbouring flats.

                        Very poor service I have never ever seen such poor service in any courier company. I booked shipment on 22 of January and going to receive it after 29 of January while other companies are delivering the same in 3/4 days. Bloody blockheads.
                        According to my experience, Ecom Express has one of the worst service amongst courier services.

                        As per intimation sent to me, an item I had ordered with Snapdeal was handed over to Ecom Express (AWB No.[protected] on 20th January at Delhi with expected date of delivery as 27th January in Patna. I sent my staff to their Patna office which is next door to my house on 3rd February and I was asked to contact one Mr. Manish Srivastava. He was most unhelpful and asked me to contact their Delhi office. The phone just went on ringing there.Now I observe in the shipping intimation that the expected date of delivery has been extended to 7th February. What I fail to understand is why a courier should take 18 days to deliver a small consignment from Delhi to Patna.I earnestly request all reputed online stores to reconsider dealing with Ecom Express and advise their associate suppliers accordingly.

                        On June 14, at 00:46, I received the following message from Snapdeal:

                        At 13:58 Hrs. I received a phone call from a courier delivery person (Tel. No. [protected]) requesting directions to my house. These directions were given, and since the person claimed to be calling from nearby, I expected the delivery to be made within a few minutes.

                        When no delivery was made for more than 15 minutes thereafter, I phoned the same number at 14:18 hrs to find out what had happened to the delivery. The person informed me that the delivery had already been made to the building watchman. When I asked why the delivery had not been made to my flat, he had no answer, and very angrily said that he would "see to the matter". (mein dekh loonga).

                        When I inquired with the watchman of the building a short while ago, he informed me that the courier person had come back, and demanded the return of the parcel! On checking the delivery status online, the Ecom website shows that the parcel is undelivered! No explanation, Nothing!

                        I had ordered a laptop in Paytm and they sent it through ecom Express. It suppose to deliver on 6th July 2015 but I did not received till today i.e 8th Jul, 2015. When I called to customer care they told that it will take more 4/5 days to deliver.

                        I live in Kurla (W), I called the Ecom express branch in Andheri east on 9th on phone number: [protected] and he said it will reach you within 48 hours i.e. 10th Sep. I did not get any courier on 10th Sep. What much time does it take to travel from Andheri east to Kurla (W), i can travel in 20 mins, and the parcel takes 3 days??? What kind of Courier is this, Even Mumbai Best BUS is better that you!

                        On 11 Sep when I called phone number: [protected] of Ecom express Mumbai b ranch, he told him that order will reach when it has to, when I told him I will complain, he said you do what you want and he disconnected the phone, I have called Ecom express and you keep on telling me that I have to wait.                         Your service is pathetic, customer service is zero, If you want to say things like the order will reach when it has to, better shutdown your business, no wonder your mumbai branch is already shutdown because of your pathetic customer service and delay in service.
                        Why don't you use speed post instead of Ecom courier service atleast it reaches on time...

                        This is straight from the Horse's mouth... I used to work in ECOM, started working few days back and guess what I had to leave as I could not bear the immense stupidity of all the people working there, especially the management. I myself was in a managerial position in ECOM but the sheer mismanagement, indiscipline of the staff members, rudeness towards Customers made me leave in mere 5 days.

                        Believe me when I say this, if Snapdeal, Myntra and all other reputed online vendors keep using ECOM then the future of e-commerce in India looks extremely bleak...

                        The consignments are piled up like haystack, workers throw Consignments from one corner of the room to the other as if they are flinging stones not someone's hard earned money spent on purchasing something they want. Top management has no clue whatsoever what's going on at the grass-root level. No infrastructure of any kind to manage the goods.

                        As I said earlier if all reputed vendors keep on using ECOM because its cheap then buyers will switch back to traditional ways of shopping.

                        This courier service provider is by far the worst i have experienced. I ordered a speaker from paytm and the product was sold by v bazaar. After the product was shipped on 7th oct'15 it was expected to be delivered by 13th oct.                         The service doesnt evn deserve a single rating.I had orderded from amazon. They got the package on 19th October. I got a message saying it will be delivered on 19th. I didnt receive the call and the status moved to user requested a future delivery date even though I dint.On 20th also same thing has happened.

                        The website also doesnt have any information to contact them.The numbers provided are fake.

                        Do not understand how amazon can choose such a courier service.
                        Its a fruad company.
                        Don't ever expect the product to be delivered.
                        They don't have proper customer support.
                        I[censored] call their help line the call goes to Mtnl phone company becaz ecom has not paid their telephone bill.
                        I wonder why companies such as flipkart, snapdeal, paytm, use ecom express service as their Courier partner.
                        Even i am facing the worst experience with the courier service. I had ordered Tricycle from PayTM. As per the status it was supposed to be delivered by 9th November - Today is 12th November and my Tricycle, which was a gift for my daughter is still not delivered. Ecomm express updates the status of the courier delivery status as per their WILL AND WISH. They JUST FOOL the customers. They have wrongly updated the delivery status twice - Once indicating - "Consignee Not available" and second time indicating "Consignee has requested for future delivery" while no such request was made by me and i was completely available at my house (24/7) and eagerly waiting the gift for my daughter.

                        Completely unprofessional courier services i have come across till date. Please don't do any business with these guys.

                        I even tried calling their customer care (who are rude) and got the SPOC contact details . Even the SPOC at E-comm is clueless about the package. HATS off to this worst organization. I wonder why PAYTM and others are doing business with this company.

                        I however rest the responsibility completely on PAYTM as it's upto them to maintain the quality and provide best customer experience. Customer can't keep running around and coordinating with these unprofessional people.

                        I had purchased Sparx shoes from Amazon on 02/06/2016. The expected delivery date was 08/06/2016. The consignment number is[protected].
                        The item was in Bangalore on Monday, 06. But still in 3 days, these guys are unable to deliver it to me. I escalated this in Amazon. Today, I called the customer support of Ecom express. The guy said there is shortage of delivery boys. This is really worst courier services.

                        Please stopping your service, if you cannot satisfy your customers by delivering the items as per expected date.

                        There is no contact number available for 'Bangalore' office for this courier, poorly managed and cheating people by putting the crap status on their tracking website.

                        Customer Service is pathetic as well, first time they would pick your call once they check the status they will never pick the call instead they will disconnect the call and later they will block your number.

                        E-Com Express is one of the worst/pathetic & ************ which I have ever seen.
                        Ecom Express needs to tarin their employees to update a real time reason, on both the sides, to the sender as well as the receiver!!! I had ordered from Jabong. Now suddenly on the day of delivery ecom express sends me an SMS stating its been undeliver and call their customer care for assistance. The CC says amount discrepancy is the reason for undelivery, they asked me to contact Jabong and ask them to resolve. Here Jabong says the ecom express has updated the reason that enough Cash wasnt available with the consumer (ME)!!! All this is happening over phone, no one has even called me for a single time, Consumer is following up herself for no reason, Ecom Express has to revisit their own discrepancy first, its damn idiotic to update such false remarks and delay the delivery!!
                        till now i have not seen such a worst courier ..delay themselvs then writes reason :delay due to customer request ..

                        ..OMG its like you are telling my story dear, I had the same experience the Ecom Express, I tried to call them several time but there was no proper response(call not picked) and 17 days they said your order has been RTO and each and every time they updated there status "customer not at office" but never called me.. I don't know company like PUMA(in my case) giving a bad impression by using such courier service...
                        some how I got a cell number of delivery boy and when I contacted him he said I am on leave. I'll join after 5 days but after 17th day of my order they updated RTO(return to origin)..
                        …there must be an option for RIGHT TO REJECT for rating...

                          About "Computer Jobs at home " i should say that certainly there should be racket to suck money and to cheat .Interestingly, somebody is operating from Mumbai and saying that they have their Regd.Office at CANADA while at Canada they no office practically .Also the Mumbai based company is asking Regn fees in the name of one of their employee.MNC's( !!!) r collecting money in the personal name .How funny? Again some body is operating from EROD ( T.N.) and displaying cheques of one company ( Giurat based), who are their software consultant.

                          Sometimes i think whether there is at all such jobs in india. I'm from Kolkata .Somany cheaters are giving Ads.

                          It is our prayer to GOI to take action such Cyber Crime .

                          Recently kolkata based "RayS" is giving fake opportunity in free listing Websites for PART COMPUTER JOBS .But they change their office frequently from here to there .In the morning in PEERLESS NAGAR, in the evening KHARDAH( KOLKATA), sometimes JODHPUR PARK.

                          Also they are asking 1 copy of photo & xerox copy of ID.HEY, don'y give it . They will missuse it. If you gve then cross the ID card and mention that issued for the COPUTER JOBS only.
