tracking order number is[protected]. i had ordered from yepme.com and the order number is 10572754. shipment was supposed to be delivered on 12th oct. i have not yet received it and on tracking it online incomplete information are found. moreover on writing mails to customer care no reply have been received from ur side. same is with the customer care number, either the lines are busy or they are not able to hear us!!!. kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

his is with reference to Captioned Shipment which is lying with your Dombivali office since
15/11/2014, till date I have not received the delivery and every day the status of the Shipment is
updated as "Undelivered (Reason Code : 213 - Scheduled for Next Day Delivery)".

I have placed this order on snapdeal on 05/11/2014, the expected delivery date was 17/11/2014, inspite
of calling on the call center number I did not receive the delivery of said shipment, today I spoke to
Vinita at your call center who told me that the shipment could not be delivered due to heavy backlog at
courier office. I was also advised to collect the shipment from the Courier office. the customer care
do not have office telephone number.

This is pathetic, If you can not able to deliver the shipment why do you mention the EXPECTED DELIVERY
DATE ? if there is backlog, to which shipment do you give preference to ?

I dont want any reply from your side, just ensure that the shipment is delivered to my home before it
is too late.

ECOM - same issue and I am not Alone

his is with reference to Captioned Shipment which is lying with your Navi Mumbai office since
31/12/2014, till date I have not received the delivery and every day the status of the Shipment is
updated as "Undelivered (Reason Code : 213 - Scheduled for Next Day Delivery)".

I have placed this order on snapdeal the expected delivery date was 31/12/2014, inspite
of calling on the call center number I did not receive the delivery of said shipment, today I spoke to

      The service being offered is really poor. With reference to awb:[protected], the order has reached the destination city on (8-Oct-2014), bust since two days, they are just changing the status on their website i.e. 'Undelivered' - Contact Customer Service OR Residence/Office Closed, Though its is was a residential address and it was never closed since two days. So please request you to proceed the order.

          i placed an order with fashion and you and this order no. 4249408 was dispatched through ecom express on sept. 26 2014 and was to reach my destination in thane pin code 401201. on tracking this shipment it always shows 'ready for connection' . after about 4-5 days, i called up ecom express customer service and i was told that the shipment is in vijayawada, hyderabad. i was also told that the shipment's destination is hyderabad and it cannot be delivered to pincode 401201. they say that the shipper, fashion and you have given them the wrong pin code. i even reported this to fashion and you but even they are not taking any action on this. poor customer service now i am unable to track this shipment. for the past 2-3 days i get a blank page on tracking this shipment. i call up ecom express and fashion and you almost everyday and all they do is give various reasons and say that the shipment will be delivered. this shipment is misrouted to hyderabad by ecom express. ecom express is not delivering my shipment to my location in thane, maharashtra. shipment details: waybill no.[protected] thanking you, a rebello

And one more I have order and tratracking no is[protected]..today 18/9/[protected] the agent(Gajinder) came and without doing any inquiry about house no he just given me ano single miss call at 3.22 p.m and taken d order back when I called him after 2 minutes he was talking so rudely and in very ruff language. .and have inquired from all locality members they said they haven't noticed any Ecom Express agent( Gajinder) ...when I again called he he picked my call and said tu apna kaam kar time nai mere paas. .and disconnected the call .. i just want to know is that your services you are providing by recruiting these kind of manner less persons. ..so sad.

                I had ordered a product on 6-9-2014 through rediff.com vide way bill no[protected] to hyderabad. but so far i have not received the same, whereas the sms has come to me that it has been shipped by ecom express service.                 Here is the status as updated by the ecomexpress website.
                I am still waiting for the shipment t arrive. All the attempts to call the customer care with ecom express or fashionand you had been futile.

                The customer care people have committed me the delivery of shipment on urgent priority every time I called up. I followed them on almost every day after 2nd June as the shipment was promised within 11-13 days of placement of the order.
                Overall this had been a very disappointing experience with "Fashion and You " as well as ecomexpress.

                            I am kamalakar, i have ordered 1 item from Infibeam.com which has been shipped by Ecom express Currier on 08/05/2014, But till now i have not received my item, details are : Air Waybill No.[protected] Order No. IBDELMAH693890B76A till date there is no information about my shipment???? I tried calling Infibeam as ecom express, but there is no proper response from any of them. It is one of most disgusting & worst experience I have gone through. ecom express is not at all responding, they are very unprofessional & rude behaviour. Infibeam is only spoiling its own brand and trust from customers by tieing up with this kind of in expereicned & unprofessional couriers!!! I need the my item very urgently. Please help.

                              Ordered shipment from Flipkart and the courier company has updated my ship tracking status as undelivered/on-hold without contacting me a single time. AWB #[protected]. These are a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals who decided to open a courier company, but now cannot handle the business. Nobody should use this courier company for any shipment whatsoever.

                                I had placed an order ith SNAPDEAL 15 days back. I am yet to receive the order and it is pending with this riiculous COurier SErvice. I have been given the contact numbers of two losers from this company named Krithika- [protected] and another Manager called Santosh- [protected]...but both are not responding to my calls. I am at my wits' end to handle this anymore. Totally frustrated. I do not know why snapdeal is damagiing its own reputation by using this courier service.

                                Worst courier service i have ever come across in my life. Had placed an order from Jabong and it was supposed to get delivered on 15th May but till date i have received. Moreover the contact numbers provided by delhi office of surat branch are not at all responsive to attend customer calls and give proper information. They either dont pick up calls and if at all they pick up then they excuse from answering. Delhi office customer care says that at surat they do not have anyone to deliver couriers and i should go and collect myself. Still i ahve no status of my courier. Pathetic courier service and ridiculous executives at Delhi H.O. as well as at Surat.

                                Finally after talking to jabong customer complain executive, finally it got delivered on 21st May.
                                But definitely i have wasted around 50rs behind giving calls to jabong customer service and courier company and next time i will definitely think for alternative shopping site.

                                  I ordered a product from snapdeal.com on 7th May'14, they promised they will deliver it by 10th May'14 & till date there is no information about my shipment???? I tried calling snapdeal as ecom express, but there is no proper response from any of them. It is one of most disguisting & worst experience I have gone through. ecom express is not at all responding, they are very unprofessional & rude behaviour. snapdeal is only spoiling its own brand and trust from customers by tieing up with this kind of inexpereicned & unprofessional couriers!!!                                     I booked a gift to my kid through snap deal on 2nd of may. They sent me a massage saying that gift is delivered on may 06th. Today is may 11 and i haven't received any order. They sent my product through ecom express courier air way bill number[protected]. Even though i called to customer care service they are not responding.They have given couple of Bangalore phone numbers they are not ringing. The status code in ecom tracking site is Consignee Not Available. I am at home last two days and i haven't got any call from them regarding courier.                                       I have ordered a product through snapdeal and it was delivered to ECOM on 25th and I was suppose to recieve it in 26th but I did not recieve, on inquiry I was told u will receive it by 27th due to some issue. On 27 th I did not recieve it till late evening and again on inquiry I was told that u will recieve it by night 10, but I dint recieve. I called them again on 28th and to my surprise they told me that product was not out on 27th and u will receive it today, but I still did not get it. And the story continues.
