I ordered a product from snapdeal.com on 7th May'14, they promised they will deliver it by 10th May'14 & till date there is no information about my shipment????
I tried calling snapdeal as ecom express, but there is no proper response from any of them.
It is one of most disguisting & worst experience I have gone through.
ecom express is not at all responding, they are very unprofessional & rude behaviour.
snapdeal is only spoiling its own brand and trust from customers by tieing up with this kind of inexpereicned & unprofessional couriers!!!

But definitely i have wasted around 50rs behind giving calls to jabong customer service and courier company and next time i will definitely think for alternative shopping site.
