They have not processed the baggage for three days as per tracking information ...
I have ordered some items through snapdeal.. They are prompt.. But the person from Ecom express simply updated the status that office closed..I don't know what the hell is closed..my office opens 24/7..All other couriers are better than Ecom, ., A fake & third class service company.
Please be aware about this Ecom express... Request all of you guys to complaint on these Express..

I bought a Cam on 15th Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 29th Oct 2014.
Wonderful speed.
Ecom customer service no gets connected after atleast the tenth try.
Their website doesn't show the real status.
They don't commit realistically.
Snapdeal customer service replies "The product is already shipped from our end. The delay due to courier service is BEYOND OUR CONTROL"
What does that mean?
Aren't they paying to Ecom Express to deliver?
Is it some red-tap bureauracy system going around here?

I have vowed never again to buy from Snapdeal even if it means paying a bit extra to get from FlipKart or Amazon.
I ordered mob on 13 Oct and it delivered on 23 Oct,
But that doesn't matter me .
The real seen is I got the wrong status by customer care(which is rarely connects) for my package .
I visited 2 ecom offices in Pune (as provided bye customer care) at least for twice each...u cant believe after all that they are saying your package is still in Dehli.
There customer executives are not professional, bad behaviour with customer.
I am not going to go for The Mobile Store again as they have poor service provider for courrier.
I am also going through the worst experience with them.
I have escalated to highest possible level at Jabong and they are following them up.
As many of you said, they are adding fake records to show the updates.

I bough an item from elitify it was shipped through Ecom Express with tracking id #[protected] on 28th Oct but till date it is lying in their Delhi office. Pathetic. In fact due to sudden surge in on line sale good courier companies are totally tied up and third class courier like Ecom becomes only option for any e-commerce site. The tremendous growth in online shopping has also exposed so called good couriers like Blue Dart, Fedex etc that they are not ready for this and can not handle business of such magnitude. Till the time they improve their infrastructure consumer and seller will continue to face this problem.

Snapdeal & ECOM Couriers are the most Pathetic companies i have seen with my experience in e-commerce buying. Recently brought a room heater and snapdeal updated me that the shipment has been dispatched on the 22nd on December 2014. I remember even paying additional 150 INR to get next day dispatch as its cold in Ahmedabad and my Inlaws needed it.I got a confirmation from Snapdeal that i would be receiving my shipment on or before the 26th of December.
However upon not receiving the shipment i contacted ECOM couriers who told me that they had backlogs and the shipment would arrive only on 30th or 31st of Dec 2014. The CSR also told me that i should contact Snapdeal as they will not deliver before 31st. I have registered 2 complaints with Snapdeal and they also did not do anything about it and only sent me apology msg's.
Now on the 31st i get a call from my house that our top floor neighbor has delivered the goods to her house. The box was already opened and hence i called the delivery guy (+91 [protected]) from ECOM. He bluntly told that no one was present at home and he delivered the same to our neighbour. Its very strange that there were 3 people in my flat and most importantly he delivered the shipment on a different floor inspite us of having 3 neighbouring flats.
When i asked him to come back he switched off his phone. I called ECOM back and they gave me their local address which is

Again the number is switched off. Now i called Snapdeal again and they bluntly told me please send us the shipment pictures and we will arrange for reshipment or cancellation and it will take another 10 working days to refund the money once they get the shipment back.
NOW A HUGE THUMBS DOWN for SNAPDEAL to merge with such a courier company like ECOM as thier partner.
Could some one please guide me on how to approach consumer court and express my grievances as i am totally cheesed off by wasting my time and energy on constant follow ups. First time got something apart from AMAZON and have paid the price.
PLEASE BOYCOTT SNAPDEAL AND ECOM and let the message spread.
Thank you SNAPDEAL for ruining my Christmas as my Father in law had to take medical aid due to bleeding in his legs due to extreme cold and him being a diabetic. I should have got a product directly from AMAZON or some retail outlet.
As per intimation sent to me, an item I had ordered with Snapdeal was handed over to Ecom Express (AWB No.[protected] on 20th January at Delhi with expected date of delivery as 27th January in Patna. I sent my staff to their Patna office which is next door to my house on 3rd February and I was asked to contact one Mr. Manish Srivastava. He was most unhelpful and asked me to contact their Delhi office. The phone just went on ringing there.Now I observe in the shipping intimation that the expected date of delivery has been extended to 7th February. What I fail to understand is why a courier should take 18 days to deliver a small consignment from Delhi to Patna.I earnestly request all reputed online stores to reconsider dealing with Ecom Express and advise their associate suppliers accordingly.
When I said called ecom express call centre to request the product be delivered atleast today else it is useless as i have to gift it, I got a reply saying that i m free to cancel the product.

When I called customer care, they are saying 'we tried on your mobile, but you did not pick up'. But I never got a call from Ecom.
When I asked about the courier agent number to confirm the address, Ecom was not ready to give their number.
Bad service from Ecom.
Like many others said, online shopping sites should avoid Ecom for sending the products.
i was ordered 24th itself after 2 days got conformation message within 24 hours your product will dispatch after that 2 days i am waiting no response whether able to check tracking details also they are cheating worst service
snapdeal should stop working with ecom express otherwise they are going to lose their customers... worst courier service ever, , , i have received my earlier couriers by bluedart.. and they are far far better than this, , one, , , they even dont deserve one star., ..
Im afraid such irresponsible behaviour from the courier partners will affect the image of the online shopping portals very badly . For me, www.fashionandyou.com is blocked from the list as they engaged ecomexpress to deliver ( should I say Undeliver ) the shipment...

On June 14, at 00:46, I received the following message from Snapdeal:
" We regret to inform you that there is delay in delivery of your ordered product. Will be Delivered Within 5 working days of promised date. We are trying our best to deliver the order as soon as possible and will keep you informed if there are any further updates. Please ignore this email if you have already received the product."
At 13:58 Hrs. I received a phone call from a courier delivery person (Tel. No. [protected]) requesting directions to my house. These directions were given, and since the person claimed to be calling from nearby, I expected the delivery to be made within a few minutes.
When no delivery was made for more than 15 minutes thereafter, I phoned the same number at 14:18 hrs to find out what had happened to the delivery. The person informed me that the delivery had already been made to the building watchman. When I asked why the delivery had not been made to my flat, he had no answer, and very angrily said that he would "see to the matter". (mein dekh loonga).
When I inquired with the watchman of the building a short while ago, he informed me that the courier person had come back, and demanded the return of the parcel! On checking the delivery status online, the Ecom website shows that the parcel is undelivered! No explanation, Nothing!
Ban this company!

I had ordered a laptop in Paytm and they sent it through ecom Express. It suppose to deliver on 6th July 2015 but I did not received till today i.e 8th Jul, 2015. When I called to customer care they told that it will take more 4/5 days to deliver.

Ecom has worse customer service ever courier service has.
I have order product from fashion and you and my order was sipped from Delhi on 2nd Sep for bangalore and till(8th sep) I have not recived it.
I placed my order with snapdeal on 31st August and was assured I will get the product: by or on 5th September - 9 September.
I tracked the order and it was lying in SOLAN from 2nd Sep to 9th Sep????
I called Snapdeal on 5th Sep and they said it will reach you by 9th Sep. I called Ecom express and they said it will reach you by 9th Sep. Then I called Ecom express on 9th Sep, they said order will reach you by 12th Sep???
Finally on 9th Sep I got an SMS that order has reached mumbai, I called Snap deal and Ecom express and both assured me that the order will reach by 10 Sep, since it is already in Mumbai.
I live in Kurla (W), I called the Ecom express branch in Andheri east on 9th on phone number: [protected] and he said it will reach you within 48 hours i.e. 10th Sep. I did not get any courier on 10th Sep. What much time does it take to travel from Andheri east to Kurla (W), i can travel in 20 mins, and the parcel takes 3 days??? What kind of Courier is this, Even Mumbai Best BUS is better that you!
On 11 Sep when I called phone number: [protected] of Ecom express Mumbai b ranch, he told him that order will reach when it has to, when I told him I will complain, he said you do what you want and he disconnected the phone, I have called Ecom express and you keep on telling me that I have to wait. How many more days must I wait to get a simple order, I placed the order on 31st Aug and now it is almost 15 Sep????
Your service is pathetic, customer service is zero, If you want to say things like the order will reach when it has to, better shutdown your business, no wonder your mumbai branch is already shutdown because of your pathetic customer service and delay in service.
Why don't you use speed post instead of Ecom courier service atleast it reaches on time...

This is straight from the Horse's mouth... I used to work in ECOM, started working few days back and guess what I had to leave as I could not bear the immense stupidity of all the people working there, especially the management. I myself was in a managerial position in ECOM but the sheer mismanagement, indiscipline of the staff members, rudeness towards Customers made me leave in mere 5 days.
Believe me when I say this, if Snapdeal, Myntra and all other reputed online vendors keep using ECOM then the future of e-commerce in India looks extremely bleak...
The consignments are piled up like haystack, workers throw Consignments from one corner of the room to the other as if they are flinging stones not someone's hard earned money spent on purchasing something they want. Top management has no clue whatsoever what's going on at the grass-root level. No infrastructure of any kind to manage the goods.
As I said earlier if all reputed vendors keep on using ECOM because its cheap then buyers will switch back to traditional ways of shopping.

I even tried calling their customer care (who are rude) and got the SPOC contact details . Even the SPOC at E-comm is clueless about the package. HATS off to this worst organization. I wonder why PAYTM and others are doing business with this company.
I however rest the responsibility completely on PAYTM as it's upto them to maintain the quality and provide best customer experience. Customer can't keep running around and coordinating with these unprofessional people.

The item was in Bangalore on Monday, 06. But still in 3 days, these guys are unable to deliver it to me. I escalated this in Amazon. Today, I called the customer support of Ecom express. The guy said there is shortage of delivery boys. This is really worst courier services.
Please stopping your service, if you cannot satisfy your customers by delivering the items as per expected date.
And, I would request all e-commerce website to stop shipping the items through ECOM express.

There is no contact number available for 'Bangalore' office for this courier, poorly managed and cheating people by putting the crap status on their tracking website.
Customer Service is pathetic as well, first time they would pick your call once they check the status they will never pick the call instead they will disconnect the call and later they will block your number.
E-Com Express is one of the worst/pathetic & ************ which I have ever seen.

some how I got a cell number of delivery boy and when I contacted him he said I am on leave. I'll join after 5 days but after 17th day of my order they updated RTO(return to origin)..
…there must be an option for RIGHT TO REJECT for rating...
