AWB#[protected], poor tracking record, product reached my destination on 13th jan, and keeping the product for somedays, and withou making delivery attempt product is sent back to seller on 22nd jan. and now again changed as product received namakkal.
will i receive the product or not???.. if not Ecom express is incapable to deliver the product, they must correctly give the status. manupulating customers, the product still didnt make any delivary attempt from Ecom express.
poor pathetic service and irresponsible .. contact to customer care through email, through ecom express contact options no response.
