We ordered in Jio Mart and got the items from Ecom Express and your Delivery Boy called and spoke very rudely and he said I can not order today and will order tomorrow, i said ok but he is asking for the OTP before delivering, when I said I will give OTP once I get the product, he canceled my order and I sent a mail to Ecom Express but no response from you, i need an action to be taken on the delivery person or else I have to move to consumer court on your company

    AWB#[protected], poor tracking record, product reached my destination on 13th jan, and keeping the product for somedays, and withou making delivery attempt product is sent back to seller on 22nd jan. and now again changed as product received namakkal.
    will i receive the product or not???.. if not Ecom express is incapable to deliver the product, they must correctly give the status. manupulating customers, the product still didnt make any delivary attempt from Ecom express.
    poor pathetic service and irresponsible .. contact to customer care through email, through ecom express contact options no response.

      Worst service, delivery agent doesn't contact to me and cancel shipment without contact to me.my5 order delayed, this is because I want product on my location . Customer care support reply wait till 8PM daily and after 8PM their business is off. I have faced mental agony,

        They haven't delivered my order yet bcoz of lock is applied I had contacted the seller and revoked the ofd lock but they again put a lock on it. I had ordered on 10 off Jan still haven't recieved my order not got a single call for delivery

          Ref. number provided and even time of visiting also provided through SMS, Later in the schedule time another msg came "We tried but could not complete the eKYC on behalf of XXXXBank and asked me to contact in customer care number [protected], While calling them they are saying the reference number send earlier is not matching with their data.

          Now what to do?

              I ordered a pretty shirt hoodie type worth 310/- nd the delivery guy called me on 19th june at night 11pm stating he is at nmdc masabtank hyd nd will be unable to deliver it nd he will be delivering it the next day nd didnot came to my address but marked the status of product as delivered nd cheated me(customer).i want my product or refund.kindly look into the issue.

                      I have ordered the product on 17th Jan 2022 from Supercom.net seller through flipkart. So I tried to track my order in Ecom express website. It says Invalid tracking number. My tracking number includes FDSP+10 digit number. I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER care support from Ecom express, they said "This is not a valid AWB number and it's not an Ecom express tracking ID like this he said." So I CONTACTed Flipkart CUSTOMER care support...

                          I have ordered two Packages from Amazon which was shipped with Ecom Express.
                          Upon arrival of first package, I recieved a Call from Ecom Express and they told me to pick Up my package or else will be Returned.
                          When the second package arrived, I recieved a call and ask to pickup package once again. This time after asking them to deliver the package, they ask for an Extra delivery fee of Rs.100.
                          Very Bad service, Un-professional and impolite workers at the office also.

                                Sir i had opened an account in niyox bank online for which kyc was taken by 14/01/2022 but no delivery boy of ecome express came i was told that your kyc will be tomorrow but no one for kyc even on the second day came sir today it is 18/01/2022 but no delivery boy came for kyc just call me and say your kyc will be tomorrow but till now ecom express people have not come tomorrow because of them my work is getting lost please sir do something
