I have ordered products and shipped through ecom express. parcel is out for delivery and getting delivered, the product is kept by delivery boy itself.
Once he called me and asked only that your parcle is there but didn't came to deliver and directly delivered it, it's not first time he did 4-5 times, whenever parcle is costly then they send another delivery boy but whenever I order any prepaid product they itself kept it.
And they don't require OTP also directly scan parcle and go home.
I am frustrated.
Their service is very poor . And customer care also not helping, I don't know why ecom. Send otp when they can deliver parcle without otp also.
