I had ordered some skin related medicines worth 2757/- directly from doctor and they opted ecom express for shipping my order. I got message from ecom express that order will be delivered by dec 10 but I got a message saying order is delivered on Dec 5, when I didn't get any parcel. I neither got OTP nor any call from delivery person. I informed the doctor and they said that the status is changed to delivered. I contacted ecom express on the same day (dec 5), they informed me that their team will get back to me in 72 hrs but even after 4 days and me trying to call them multiple times there is no update from them. When I asked for delivery person number, they responded saying that the system is not updated with delivery person's details

        I was in college. The delivery executive asked for the Otp and said that he will give the parcel to watchman. I believed and said the Otp. But the parcel is not given to the watchman. Now the parcel has not been received. Kindly respond and do the needful.

            One of my worst experiences with this shipping company - as someone who's studying full-time, the last thing I want to do is waste time on dumb stuff like this that isn't even my fault.

            So I purchased this dress from an Instagram store, who most likely ordered it for me through Meesho, and the day I went to receive the package, the delivery guy wants an OTP. An OTP that I'm not receiving on my phone no matter how many times they send - and the delivery guy refused to give me the package, stating it was policy. Do you guys really expect that we have all the time in the world to run behind a package that we're unable to receive because of your poor service.

            Kindly resolve this asap, so I can get my package and not have to bother with such stuff anymore. This is extremely frustrating.

            I've been promised that I'll be receiving an OTP for SURE this time on my phone, or some sort of SMS - I haven't received anything so far. Where is it?

            How hard is it to hand over the order directly - you know how rude the delivery guy was as well? This is so disrespectful to me.

                                  My order from naaptol did reach the destination but no attempts for delivery was made by the delivery agents. In-fact a received a false message stating that my phone was not reachable. my profession doesn't allow me to keep my phone off and is reachable 24X7. If ecom express cannot handle simple deliveries you may as well stop taking delivery responsibilities cause its the customers who suffer. Its embarrassing to state that services of ecom express at Gangtok (Sikkim State) is well below par.

                                      The delivery people are not even calling and they mark as 'delivery attempt unsuccessful'. Not even delivering a single product. They are returning the items back to the seller. Some items they mark as delivered without delivering. They are doing fraud all the time.

                                      Why was the shipment returned? Please find it. Your ecom express people did not even call me. They are doing the same for my other products as well. Shopping portal is great. Ecom Express delivery is pathetic. There are products which are marked as delivered without delivering. Ask them to whom they have delivered. Don't give us stupid replies. Do further verification and take action. Shopping portal is fine. Problem is with your delivery people.
