my complaint is that, no any delivery person contacting me about my deliver and Ecom Express sent me the massage that Your FLIPKART order Awb [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable..how it's possible i ordered so many material on my address and thorugh EKart Logistics but i am unhappy with EcomExpress.wihtout customer confirmation they showing wrong statement on massege.
and when i tried to call with delivery persong then mobile no not registered msg coming...so kindly deliver my order.

    But i didn't receive the otp.
    While i tried to call the executive of Ecom express they continuously tell me to contact my vendor, and my vendor is do the same. They said they provide the otp to the Ecom express and rest is the responsibility of the courier service to send the sms to the customer. What kind of joke is that?

    The shipment is returning back due to delivery OTP problem which was i have mentioned previously.

                Parcel is out of delivery from 3 days still not recieved. It is showing that wrong address provided but my address is totally correct. " Delhivery" parcels are delivered on time. Problems occur only with ecom express 👎👎👎👎

                  This complaint is to address pathetic service of ecomm express courier service behror rajasthan 301701.
                  I stay nearby in neemrana 15 km from behror and have more than 6 pending orders to be picked up. Its been more than 30 days but none of my orders get picked up. Why is this service so pathetic. All tracking ids says team member has been assigned to pick up but no one picks it up.
                  Why are these people being payed if they cannot do their single primary job of picking order when they are working in courier service.

                  Such pathetic service and people attitude is not expected from such a reputed courier firm.

                  Request you to take strict and immediate actions against such people for not doing their job. Please get my orders picked up on time.

                    I ordered a centrifuge machine from shakedeal website and they shipped the product through Ecom Express courier. I received SMS by morning 9AM, 4th December 2021 saying the parcel will deliver to my address by the same day. But i was not receive any call or the parcel tille vening 6PM so I called the delvier boy number, he said he is not able to deliver it due to the parcel size. And he asked me to come and collet it. (if the parcel is big for the delvier boy then how a customer can do that) Also he dont know my nature of work and what I am doing. ) He not even ready to speack with me in phone he not cut the call by he alking to some other person he is not hearing what i am syaing. He ask me to come and collect the parcel from their courier office which nearly 5 kms away from my area. Hope they collect the amount for delivery also.

                    I raised a complient againt that in Ecom express website also i called Excom express compients, but till not there is no reply but today morning I received a message saying the parcel will be deliver by today. Today is sunday and i cloed by Clinic and lab.

                    I dont know what Ecom express is thinking? They may think that the customers are their slaves and they will available for their time?

                    Very BAD AND POOR DELIVER and CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE - ECOM EXPRESS...

                      The delivery boy didn't even come to the address so I had to meet him elsewhere. I only had specific amount of money but he wanted extra so made a fuss and screamed at me in the middle of the road.
                      The second time he called me to pick up my product but didn't give me a specific address also their numbers doesn't support incoming so idk how to get my things. He didn't call me once and 2 days later he called to scold me for not picking up my products. I think he is the only 1 who is assigned to my area in Churachandpur Manipur so I think I won't be getting those 2 products I ordered and I'll probably will never be able to do online shopping atleast until I change my address

                            Sir yesterday I called customer care and asked for Chennai branch pallikaranai address to collect my parcel myself they gave me one address today I went there to collect that parcel myself but the person there told me that Ecom express there was shifted two years before how can a customer care person give me wrong address I wasted my petrol i wastes my time i didnt get my parcel...Please give me correct pallikaranai branch address so that I can go and collect my parcel myself.                               I had ordered from nykaa, I received a message about delivery in 29th of November 2021 but I did get a call rather in the evening I received a message about delivery failed because o[censored]nlocatatable address, I waited till today and today ( 02.dec 2021) at 5pm I received a call without speaking for a 1 minute with the delivery girl, she hung up the call and again I received the same message about delivery failed. I tried to call on the number but the pin code was not working.
                              So disappointed with ecom express.

                                Delivery Issue at ecom express maraimalai nagar

                                The delivery team at ecom express maraimalai nagar is absolutely irresponsible and reckless.
                                I have made 3 orders from Ajio and all the orders were not delivered on time and i had to make efforts to collect my order inspite of paying 99rs delivery charges.
                                I found out that my order was sitting on their desk for 3 days without being delivered .
                                They dont respond to our calls also properly.

                                I have ordered products and shipped through ecom express. parcel is out for delivery and getting delivered, the product is kept by delivery boy itself.
                                Once he called me and asked only that your parcle is there but didn't came to deliver and directly delivered it, it's not first time he did 4-5 times, whenever parcle is costly then they send another delivery boy but whenever I order any prepaid product they itself kept it.
                                And they don't require OTP also directly scan parcle and go home.
                                I am frustrated.
                                Their service is very poor . And customer care also not helping, I don't know why ecom. Send otp when they can deliver parcle without otp also.

                                These are recent orders which are kept by delivery boy .
                                I complaint about him on you customer care but no satisfactory answer received.
                                They said parcle is delivered according to our records, this is known to me also that parcel is delivered but I haven't received.
                                It is in the hands of delivery boy he can deliver parcle at any instant without informing the owner.
                                And OTP is useless they even don't required it.

                                  No action taken against the delivery boy to did not come to deliver parcel even after complaining multiple times
