I checked my order status and it says "Your shipment in RTO lock stage". Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Your attenttion to my problem will be highly appreciated.

            My product is at my local delivery center for 1 week and whenever i contact their costumer care, they always say that they are facing internal issues. How irresponsible can a whole company can be? there are not providing any contact info of the delivery center. How can major companies choose this service? waste of money and fraud courier service. I'm a lawyer and its really pissing me of seeing such a worst reviews for this company. i am willing to take the legal battle with this Org. These kind of fraud companies need to be shut down.

            in total 3 orders of mine has faced the same situation.
            For a month the orders were kept in their final delivery center. Have visited their delivery center even then they have not delivered my orders. They simply said the following " We dont have courier boys to deliver the couriers and there are more than 1700 couriers held up at the final delivery center in vishakapatnam, Penduthi.

            Have raised multiple complaints on their customer care number. @Ajio where i have ordered the produts.

            Finally after a month they have returned all 3 products without even trying to deliver.

            Now i have to followup with @AJIO on the money which was stuck.
            @ECOM Express: they are the worst guys in the market at the moment.

                    I git a call from ecomm express delivery guy, saying my door is locked and he is giving my order to society guard at society gate.. i made me talked to some body and said that he gave the product to guard .
                    But while coming in evening from office. I asked secutrity guard. He said no one gave anything and no one came from ecomm express.
                    My order was worth 1500 and am feeling cheated.

                        My delivery( Tracking ID[protected] ) by Ecom express has been pending since 2 days. They didn’t even bother to contact and inform me about the status of the shipment. As the payment for the item has been paid in advance, it is a matter of serious concern for me. Please help me out.

                        Whenever I try to track the shipment at the end of the day they say Shipment attempted - Residence/Office closed, but the fact they didn’t even contacted me for the delivery. Such a pathetic service.

                          I ordered some products from Smytten
                          on 12th SEP and paid online but didn't receive any package. As per smytten they have dispatched it and the delivery partner has package and they will deliver it.
                          Ecom express just called once on Saturday while I was on another call so I couldn't receive it. I tried calling back but it was unreachable and The delivery guy didn't call back and after sometime I received message to reschedule and I rescheduled it for sunday.
                          But no delivery attempt was made. I tried to get in touch with ecom express but I am unable to reach them through the number on website. Mailed them but no response. So I mailed smytten about it and they told it will be delivered asap
                          Yesterday I received msg stating you will receive your delivery by today and here is your pin. But delivery guy called and told he went far from my address and will deliver by tomorrow noon i.e today. Whole day passed no one showed up or even bothered to call.

                            What is happening with the delivery of order no [protected]? It was supposed to be delivered by Sept 11. Reached destination city on Sept 5. Noone attempted delivery and now I see status is Shipment RTO Lock? Why? I want my order delivered. I raised a complaint on Twitter and was told the team will take this up on "priority". No update since then which was 3 days back. Is this your "priority" and "expedited support". What is happening? When will I get delivery?

                            dont worry this was the case for a lot of ECOM Customer for the last 2 months. It will be retruned back to the seller shortly. ECOM Express customer care will not be able to help you, they will just say that there was an internal issue and that it will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours which will be a false promise .

                                There was no delivery attempt that was made that day and I can confirm that no one in the house received ANY packages. The package was prepaid for and it is a matter of loss for me! And I urge you to look into the matter
                                There was no delivery attempt that was made. I got no notification. Nobody at home recieved any parcel. The delivery was simply NOT made..it was prepaid for and there was no follow up on your end despite me registering a complaint through your customer care service. No action has been taken..and I've incurred a LOSS because the items were pre PAID for. This is honestly very disheartening. God only knows where my items are / to who's house your executives have delivered them to.

                                    This is to inform you that I have ordered a product from AJIO site with Order iD FL[protected]/[protected] and has been received on 11.09.2021. I have paid Rs.528/- for the same above order from my Phone pay account with transaction id: T21109111228323817649890 and the amount was debited from my account and not credited to delivery boy account ([protected]@okicici). He delivered the product to me and told me to confirm the payment status till evening. He later gave me another account (karthik.[protected]@oksbi) (Karthik Shajahan, Mb:[protected] and told me to send money to this account for same. I tried from my colleague account (yuvan.[protected]@oksbi) and the amount credited to the concerned account he shared. When I contact with the Phone pay Customer service and from their server it shows payment has also been credited to his earlier account ([protected]@okicici). When I contact him, he denied it and told that he had not received any amount and misbehaved. I send all documents and screenshots to his whatsapp, no response from his side. However, I waited for more than 3 days and check the payment status and it was not credited back to my account it means it is credited to his account. When I Called him now he use abuse words and don’t have time to speak and not bothered about the payment status. I have lost the amount debited from my account. Due to damaged product, I return the order with id RT45504872. I am very disappointed with your delivery boy (Name and contact number) I am hereby attached the screenshots to you and please do needful. If required I can provide the call recorded clips to you sir.

                                      I got iteam delivery via iteam ecom.express which I ordered through Ajieo but I made the online payment on the same day, the cash of that staff account did not fall that day but that evening the payment was made through another account 'Ajieo app gave me cash return' delivery iteam I have returned but the staff in their institution is very bad attitude I put the screenshort of cash fall in the account with this I put it twice I got paid ajieo got cash return but that staff account does not give cash return staff Kerala thiruvananthapuram korani branch staff name (Anudas) plz return my cash
