This is to inform you that I have ordered a product from AJIO site with Order iD FL[protected]/[protected] and has been received on 11.09.2021. I have paid Rs.528/- for the same above order from my Phone pay account with transaction id: T21109111228323817649890 and the amount was debited from my account and not credited to delivery boy account ([protected]@okicici). He delivered the product to me and told me to confirm the payment status till evening. He later gave me another account (karthik.[protected]@oksbi) (Karthik Shajahan, Mb:[protected] and told me to send money to this account for same. I tried from my colleague account (yuvan.[protected]@oksbi) and the amount credited to the concerned account he shared. When I contact with the Phone pay Customer service and from their server it shows payment has also been credited to his earlier account ([protected]@okicici). When I contact him, he denied it and told that he had not received any amount and misbehaved. I send all documents and screenshots to his whatsapp, no response from his side. However, I waited for more than 3 days and check the payment status and it was not credited back to my account it means it is credited to his account. When I Called him now he use abuse words and don’t have time to speak and not bothered about the payment status. I have lost the amount debited from my account. Due to damaged product, I return the order with id RT45504872. I am very disappointed with your delivery boy (Name and contact number) I am hereby attached the screenshots to you and please do needful. If required I can provide the call recorded clips to you sir.

Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
For a month the orders were kept in their final delivery center. Have visited their delivery center even then they have not delivered my orders. They simply said the following " We dont have courier boys to deliver the couriers and there are more than 1700 couriers held up at the final delivery center in vishakapatnam, Penduthi.
Have raised multiple complaints on their customer care number. @Ajio where i have ordered the produts.
Finally after a month they have returned all 3 products without even trying to deliver.
Now i have to followup with @AJIO on the money which was stuck.
@ECOM Express: they are the worst guys in the market at the moment.
