    And my order was shipped on 23rd september 2021tracking id [protected] and i didn't recive any call or the shipmemt was not brought to my address and it has been 4 days that my order is in ofd lock.. From last 4 days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and i have to get that courier urgently.

          I am supposed to get the delivery on 27th September 2021 as per Ecom express customer support. Now it's not delivered today too i.e 28th September 2021.
          So tried reaching customer support of Ecom express, no use. It's been delayed for 48hrs again. Customer support won't even give specific date of delivery and I need that delivery at any cost today.

          Again Ecom had delayed the delivery date from 30th September 2021 to delivery date as 01st October 2021.

          The shipment is in my Bangalore City, and not delivering the order
          Why can't you deliver the order if it's in the same city?

          Hi,

          There are no updates or SMS. I am supposed to get my delivery today. But the update in shiprocket shows that there has delay again. This is absurd and total disrespect to the customer. I need my order today i.e 30th September 2021. Else no use of product after getting over an expected delivery date. It's my humble request to deliver today at the earliest.

          You guys have I will receive the order by today. But no response till now.

          What if somebody is expecting medicine for critical condition with your delivery service. Will you delay the delivery. Please have some responsibility Ecom Express Private Limited

          I have been interacting with Ecom Express Private Limited for many times in customer support, social media and professional network. There has been no proper resolution.

          All you guys are doing is giving false hope.

                I recently made a purchase with Nykaa and they assigned Ecom express for the delivery. Without any call or any other notifications from the delivery centre, they sent some message saying address mismatch to Nykaa and when I contacted your customer care, they are asking me to travel 27kms from my house to pick it from the DC. I have been using this address for many years now and I have received every other packages correctly. Later I heard a lot of reviews about the ECOM EXPRESS MALLAPALLY DC saying they always do this on purpose; they just put some random message and sent the package back without delivering.
                Is this what you call it as a trusted courier service??
                Don’t you check upon your branches?
                I wish I had some way to give a positive bad review somewhere and I hope and wish that I never ever have to get another package from ECOM EXPRESS every again.

                  My order received in my location at sep 18.but not delivered till now and nobody contacted me.Current status seams RTO blocked. Really bad delivery service and I will never recommend this . I have ordered an item for giving a gift..so you can identify how much we are frustracted

                    I have ordered for Table Order #[protected] & Order #[protected], delivery status was out for delivery at 10.30 a.m. but around 7.00 p.m, status is mentioned as undelivered and can't be delivered for Order #[protected] and for order #[protected], status mentioned as customer unavailable, I am following up with customer, and they did not receive any call, if you can't deliver tables, why you accept the order from company and wasting customer time.

                    Both orders are in need, deliver it to the customer as soon as possible.

                    What about AWB no [protected], since from 9th your delivering the product, you simply mentioned as customer wanted future date, if the customer wanted future delivery, why they Send so many message and call so many times to check abt the product, pls send our product immediately, now u changed the delivery estimated date to 17 October 2021, why are simply wasting company time when you don't have transport facility to deliver the tables

                    This is their regular activity.

                          Recently i bought a pruduct from Amazon.
                          The shipping was done by Ecom express, but during delivery they refused to deliver at my door step as the executive told me to walk 1-2 km and take the product despite having paid for the home delivery.
                          Earlier All ecom platform used to send the products through india posts, the employee of the india post delivered the product at our door step.
                          But Ecom express executives are behaving
                          Rude and not delivering the product.I don't know what is there problem.
                          Girls and women are suffering becos of them..they are not able to order online, as they can't walk 2 km. They order online because product was delivered at doorstep.what is the point of ordering online if one has to walk km's for receving product.

                                Hi,

                                I ordered products worth Rs.6500 from Ishalife.com on, which they had shipped via Ecom Express on September 15th, 2021 and the order was shipped from WALEYAR on September 17th, 2021 as per the tracking information in Ecom Express. The shipment has reached the target DC - Technopark campus, Trivandrum on 20th September. From there, it has been countless lies, and false updates from Ecom Express. There was no use raising a complaint with their customer care center as well. PFB the sequence of events.

                                1.Status updated on September 20th as 'Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - wrong address' without even contacting me. It was the same address they delivered products from the same Shop in July 2021.
                                2. I tried contacting the Ecom Express delivery contact with the pin number provided, and it said invalid pin. I contacted the Ecom Express Customer service by call and raised a complaint. They said the item will be delivered in 24-48 hours
                                3. No delivery attempt status on September 21st.
                                4. No delivery attempt status on September 22nd. I called customer service again, and they again said 24-48 hours. I asked them to delivery on September 23rd itself and they assured so
                                5.On September 23rd, I got 'Out for delivery' SMS notification. After multiple attempts, the delivery contact picked up the call, and said they might deliver if the office time is not over. At 16:15, the status is updated in Ecom website as 'Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Residence/Office closed'.
                                6.On September 24th again, I got 'Out for delivery' SMS notification. I got a call from Ecom number around 16:15 pm, and there was no response or audio from the other side. At 16:23 pm, they updated the status as 'Shipment un-delivered Consignee requested for future delivery' without even talking to me. Seems to me that they just made a call to me for record purpose, remained silent and updated the status. I sent another mail to Ecom customer service support on September 24th. There has been no response so far.
                                7. On September 25th, September 26th there was no delivery attempt.
                                8. On Septmeber 27th, I see two status updates in the system. Status update on September 25th 12:33 hours as 'Shipment un-delivered Delivery Attempt To Be Made', September 27th as 01:19 hours as Shipment RTO lock.

                                Its been already 7 days my shipment is delayed. And since the items are going to be returned and sent back again, it would take another 7 days minimum. The order contained items which I meant for gifting purpose. Ecom express should duly compensate me for the time delay, time I spent in vain following up and the mental pain.

                                Is there any update on this? I see the RTO lock revoked status on Monday, then again being locked the next day. This has been happening for last three days, but there is no update on delivery.

                                  Hello,

                                  Order a item worth 5k on flipkart. Ecomm express delivery agent called me and asked for OTP saying he is on the way to deliver the item. I have shared the OTP and item was marked delivered. However, product was not delivered till date.

                                  Raised complaint at ecomm express, but there is no update even after almost 4 months time. I have called ecomm express multiple times to get a resolution without any success.

                                  Flipkart order with tracking number [protected] marked as delivered on 30.05.2021, but not delivered till date. Please help me in finding a solution to this issue at the earliest.

                                      On 10th september 2021, I ordered a product from an online book store and my product was to be delivered on 17th September 2021 through Ecom Express, but they didn't do it as they said and assured me that they will delivered it the next day. I waited the next day, but neither the delivery guy called me nor my call is reaching him. I waited till 8pm, at that moment a call came from Ecom Express asking me to reschedule the delivery. So, I did as they said but they kept waiting me till 27th September. And, today on 26th September it is showing that the shipment is locked for rto. So, please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        The delivery executive has very bad attitude. He doesn't have any sense and don't know how to speak with the customer.

                                        He came very near to my home, but he didn't wait for 2 minutes also. He went back. I went 2 kms far from my home to collect the product.

                                        Very poor experience with the delivery. I am very frustrated regarding this. If it happens again I will not order anything in flipkart anymore. Kindly take some action on him.
