Now it is close to 1 month - since I buy this product from you.

No confirmation on AWB number nor any shipment update.
Today I completed 1 month. 30 days already has passed in between and there is no trace of my order, Order number[protected].

I had given 2 complaints with Bagit Today in last 30 days,

All the time they say - We're contacting the support team for the same, wait for 5-6 working days..!!

Today 06, Nov, 2014, when I called the customer care, they are telling we can't cancel your order and return you money back..!!

What do I do now?

My product order no[protected] and airway tracking no[protected] i recieve massage at 10 march that u will recive yr order today, bt couldnot, next day I got mail that u will recieve bt not recieved while status showing deliverd, plz help
