[Resolved] Ecom Express — cannot locate address | |||
I purchased an item from amazon.in awb id:[protected] which was suppose to get shipped by ecom. Unfortunately the delivery was not done as they cannot track my address. Everyday i am getting text that my product is out for delivery and at night it says customer not available, etc. If the delivery agents are not well trained to locate a single address, then why take responsibility. They don't even have a contact number of the delivery person, the number they provided is always busy or driving. Was this information helpful? | |||
