[Resolved] Ecom Express — cash taken by delivery boy for prepaid order | |
Awb numbers:[protected] and 41. These two were prepaid orders however delivery boy has taken cash also. Called customer care, they provided me supervisor number of your delivery center in faridabad. However he didn't pick up the phone. And customer care is not responding properly. Its very frustrating now. I am seller and this incident giving negative impact on my customers.
