[Resolved]  Ecom Express — christmas tree

I have ordered christmas tree through amazon and was to be deliverd to me on saturday that is 22dec.
I kept on following up with your customer service all false promises were made. Its a worst service. They dont know how to talk to customer and one of the agent promised to transfer the call to senior manager and kept me on hold and after some time he disconnected. Since 3 three days same answer i am getting its in tarnist.
Guys can you understand the urge of the order its christmas tree.
I suggest each and every one not use this courier service.
