Ecom Express — club factory courier

I have my order whose shipment status is showing as rto locked. It was out for delivery on 26th october but hasnt been delivered yet. It has been 5 days back that i have contacted ecomexpress to re deliver the parcel.. They said it would be delivered in 24 to 48 hrs but i haven't received it yet. Order no. [protected]. Please help me in delivering my parcel asap
