I ordered a product in club factory and the courier agent is ecom express vadakara center. The tracking details shows that the product is out for delivery and now it is re - dispatched and they are showing that it is not delivered due to unavailability of customer. I don't even got a single call from them and i tried to reach that number several times but the call has not attended or answered. What is the problem? When i will get my product?

My order from amazon awb no.[protected] is still undelivered. Last time they said that the address was unlocatable without even calling me... So i had to reschedule it... But again with disappointing result.. Today i got a msg for delivery of the product but didnot get any call so again i went to the particular delivery point of our area. There was 1 delivery boy from ecom, when asked he told that he didn't have my parcel and that another delivery boy was coming, so it could be with him.. But nothing happen... At 06:004 pm i got a missed call from[protected] & when i called back i was asked to input the awb no., so i did but it said the awb is wrong... Later i received a msg saying that i refused to accept the my amazon order awb no.[protected]... Still i rescheduled for one last time... I am exhausted and also very disappoint with such extraordinary service.. Do what is necessary to keep up the company's name...

I have ordered something from club factory with full and correct address. They sent it through ecom. On 7th Nov message has come that they will deliver. But in the evening sent a messege that attempt has been made to deliver but in wrong address and will be re dispatched. No phone call has been made and I also don't have their number to call. Till now they didn't attempt to deliver and call again. Please help.

Sorry to tell you but i have given an order through flipkart bt i still haven't received any awb number yet.. Due to which i am unable to track my order cz it requires awb number.. Please help me through this.. I will be not available at my home for few days so tracking my order is much necessary.. Please do help...

I have purchased my product from amazon and it was shipped with from express with tracking id [protected] on 23 october but not delivered yet. I need my product as soon as possible.

Many product they have returned to seller without any delivery attempts. So, please take action and make sure that i could get my product as soon as possible.

I ordered one product on 12 oct 2019 and still product is not delivered.
Now it show status shipment rto lock - 77.
Your courier boy did not even call me and reach my home for delivery. And it show undelivered status and i received message like customer refuse to accept but he didn't even called me or reached my home. Now i want my product fast.

Worst e com express couriers service and no manners how to speak with customers. Very negligence beaver. Rash language speaking with customer. No response from customer care team. I have visited to collect more than 5 times at branch ecil-kushaguda. Wasted hours and hours at service point.. No response from manager mr. Mohan reddy ([protected]) and his team. Every one giving wrong statement.. Always making fools to customer by saying that they are sending..

Hi. I am animesh kumar. I have ordered something from club factory. I was given the delivery date of 4th of november. But haven't received yet. So in this matter i called the ecom express office situated in chapra bihar. But the people didn't talk with respect. A person named santosh jha was not at all respective. He abused me and talked that he will never give my order. I want strict action against thi. Or i will definitely go with a legal action with this matter. The way he talked was completely out of line and made me feel harrassed.

I have ordered a product from club factory app my product is shipped in the ecom express, the dispatch delivery date is 2 november 2019. On 3 november delhivery boy had called me but i could not received his call due to i have gone out of station. When i reached my home i visited in the ecom express and i asked to the sells men that kindly track my order number. I had given my order number to him then he told me that your product was delivered and when i told i didn't got my product then he asked to the delivery boy then the delivery boy told me your order is at my home. After that he told me next day i will deliver your product. Next day in the morning he called me and said that by mistakely my child has broken it. And i asked him that it means he had opened my item and checked what is there or not. That's not fair. It's not the right to open other products or thing. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

I have ordered a profuct through amazon, and shipped via ecom tracking no[protected], they updated status parcel held by carrier as as front door / driveway was not accessible. But my area is very easy to find and i got so many packages delievered by other courier services, ecom has its franchise in my area but they didnt delievered such a poor service.

My order was to be delivered by ecom express, the worst delivery service provider. I wish i had a choice to choose from whom i want to receive my order. They themselves don’t deliver the product and later write the reason as wrong address. Seriously? My awb number [protected] came out for delivery but never reached me. Didn’t receive any call from the delivery person. When i called him up and he said he’ll deliver. But he didn’t and from last 3 days it’s showing rto lock. I have requested to revoke. What is this?

I ordered an item from club factory on 4th october 2019 and your express was supposed to deliver my item on 22nd october 2019, but i haven't received any item till today, and the status shows that it was due to some wrong address and call failures. I didn't received any calls, not a single call about the status of the item. (The address is clear and truthful). I called the customer care so many times and the answer i received was that it will be delivered within 24hrs. Till today i. E 4th nov 2019 i didn't received the item as the last status shown shipment rto locked and revoked.

I ordered a product from myntra.com. It's tracking id is[protected] and order no. Is[protected]-3007903.
My tracking says that the product has delivered on 20 october 2019. But my order has not arrived yet. I raised a complaint with myntra. So, they sent me a signature as proof that someone has received your order, which was not my signature. It was a fake signature. Please solve this problem.

Please deliver my order as soon as possible. I even called on customer care service number, and sent an email but no response.

I ordered some products from amazon... and was delivered by ecom... but later 2 of my product was returned without even trying to deliver or contacting me... again I got a message for delivery of one product I ordered on amazon (awb[protected] I wait to be contacted but nothing happen so I went to the place of delivery in our area at about 3:35pm but was told that the delivery boy has already left... when I track my order I saw a msg o[censored]ndelivered because o[censored]nlocatable addrress ... if it is so then how on earth did they delivered five of my previous product to the same addrress????... kindly arrange for early delivery of the same..
