Ecom Express — complaining about delivery delay and delivery boy | |||
My awb no is[protected] I have contacted almost 4-5 times with ecom express customer service support but no vain. Everytime they gave me false assurance that your item will be tomorrow but till now i have not received my order. I have also contacted the delivery boy several times, he promised to deliver my order by the evening but didn't deliver. At the end of day they had posted a false status that delivery attempted but customer not available. I request you to take action against them Was this information helpful? | |||
