Ecom Express — Complaint over delivery person | |||||
I have an order in "Ecom Express", The status shows that my order is out for delivery(10 April, 2021). And I got the call from the delivery guy at 5:30 PM. He said that his bike punctured and cannot come to deliver the item. I understood his problem and he assured me that he would deliver the package the next day only after 5min I received a text message saying that "it was undelivered because the Customer was not available". How can they cheat this way and give false statement whereas the customer was available to receive the package. Next day I waited till 7pm to get my package till then inbetween I have already called the customer service and raised a complaint on phone also. Then finally another delivery person calls and tells me that because of few reasons I am unable to deliver your package. I blasted at him and told I have complaint so many times to the customer care service. I told him kindly deliver my package tonight itself to my door. He said okay, but after 5 minutes again I am receiving a message saying that "The package was undelivered because the customer was not available". This is very unprofessional how can they cheat us like this. I am not sure when exactly they will deliver. I am requesting you to kindly inform them to call me and deliver the item. And this is not the first time. before this also they have done the same thing. I am waiting for this order for past 2 or 3 days now and I already paid for the item which I have ordered from Amazon... 'IF' there is any damage in my item you will have to refund the money as soon as possible. I will wait till tomorrow for the item to get delivered Kindly do the needful.
