Ecom Express — courier company not delivering the product at my location | |
Recently i ordered a ceiling fan from amazon and they promosed the delivery at my door step on or before 29 th of this month. Today (25/1/2020), one person called me and asked me collect my parcel from there office which is exatly 25 kms away from my home. I refuced it and asked that person about the door step delivery. Then he told me to either collect it from there office or return it, then he cut the call. I felt realy bad and then report this issue to amazon customer care. But till now i did nt get any reply from them. Now i get an sms from e com express stated that, attempt of delivery is failed because of the absents of mine.
