Ecom Express — delaying in returning | |||||
I returned a product through ecom express. The courier boy took the parcel on 26/11/19 on around 10:00 am. I did online shopping on "club factory" The awb no is:[protected] Order no : son[protected] The last update i got was in 29/11/19. But since then they didn't give anyone update of my return. The last update of 29/11/19 shows that the parcel is now in delivery center. So why it is taking so long? Will i get my refund or not? Was this information helpful? | |||||
