Ecom Express — Delaying orders ,lying about redelivery attempts and not taking action on complaints | |
I ordered an item on April 30 .The delivery address is easily found on google . On 2 attempts they have stated wrong address and unable to deliver even after I called and gave instructions for the address . I tried logging a complaint everyday from May 5th . Every time it’s the same response : it takes 24 to 48 hrs and they say that it’s been raised to senior management. They repeatedly lied about logging a complaint as every time I called to ask them (multiple calls over 5 days), they said that they are logging a complaint but nothing gets done . Again, Over the last 3 days they guaranteed that they will deliver it each time I called but they have not even attempted delivery . I do not know what to do at this point .This is beyond unprofessional for a courier company and if they can’t deliver a package to an easily accessible address, then I don’t know how anyone can trust this company .
