Ecom Express — Delivery Agent not deliver my product yet | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased a product from Flipkart. The courier agent was call me on[protected] at 10.40 AM. And told me that he will deliver my product between 2-3 hours. But neither he called me nor delivered my product. The next day(05/08/2021) again I received a message from Ecom " We are unable to deliver the product as you are not available" but the fact is that I haven't received any call from your agent. Today(06/08/2021) I have just received a message from you "You Flipkart order AwB [protected] was undelivered as you were not available - ECOM EXPRESS". I expect Ecom is a branded courier company but your service is too pathetic. REALLY THIS IS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH YOU.
