Ecom Express — Delivery failure | |
My items were sitting in their Srinagar Hub from the 29th March till date 1st April and it still hasn’t been delivered. I used Amazon to buy these items and the CS of Amazon assured me that it will be delivered by the 31st when it was still sitting in Srinagar. The distance btw Srinagar and Anantnag is barely an hour yet Ecom has been taking days for it to be delivered. Unexpected delays with zero efforts to contact customer to inform of the delays. When I asked Amazon for the reason they told me they can’t question third party courier company. And in the meanwhile Amazon kept on saying to me that I can cancel and get a refund when it was a birthday present. Most pathetic and useless company is Ecom Express with zero customer service skills or punctuality. Very disappointed with Amazon and Ecom Express never using either one of them. They even use covid19 as a excuse to cover up their failure to deliver on time or before the time. Was this information helpful? | |

I didn't got my package it is from physics wallah(PW). Today is the delievering date but it is showing failed to deliever...i am so worried about it...please look into it
