Ecom Express — delivery of my package | |
I ordered an item from myntra on 29th april 2018. On 8th of may i got a message that my order is out for delivery from patratu ecom. And on 9th of may i got a message that my order is undelivered. From 8th to 9th may, i didnt got a call regarding my order or even no one came to my residence. I called so many times to them asking the reason for undelivery, they said that their server is down, someone told that the delivery boy was ill. Then again 0n 13th may, i got a message that my order is out for delivery. After 2 hours again i got a message that my order is undelivered. When asked them a reason for undelivery, they said that you didnt pick your phone and i didnt got any call from them. From the customer care of ecom to the dc of patratu, everybody is blaming me for undelivery. Only they made nuisance excuse. From 8th to 14th may i was sooo much irritated from them lastly my order is automatic refunded without my knowledge. These days i called more than 100 times to them. Even i called myntra also but they only filed a complaint and assured me that on the very next day you will get your package. They all are very unprofessional, what to say more.
