Ecom Express — Delivery of product from Samsung | |
I've placed an order from Samsung shop on 15th July 2020, it was supposed to be delivered on 21st of this month . AWB no : [protected] Am trying to connect ecom express from 21st, but there is no proper response from them . They aren't ready to take responsibility of customers and their concerns. Disconnecting the calls in between . Coming to the order tracking, . It is just running between the hubs and changing the estimated delivery dates everyday . On 21st it was showing 22nd will be the delivery date . Now on 23rd it is displaying 25th as delivery date . Am not the first person facing this issue . Why no regulator are not taking any action against this irresponsible attitude of logistics services . Very much frustrated with ECOM express .
