Ecom Express — Delivery of shipment (irresponsible behaviour of Delivery Agent) | |||
I have ordered through flipkart (ecom express id : [protected]), The delivery agent told that my address is too far to deliver and he was busy with other orders. Also he updated the status that I requested for reschedule (not from my side) and also my address was unlocatable (irrespective behaviour). If you cant deliver to my address than why you accept to deliver. I understand the current circumstances and I have waited more than 2 weeks. Today i.e., 18.05.2021 my shipment was cancelled and seriously I don't know what I did wrong. Kindly consider this as formal complaint and take necessary action over the respective team (Kallakurichi, Tamilnadu branch). Was this information helpful? | |||
