[Resolved] Ecom Express — delivery service worst
Very worst service provided by ecom express. Even the customer care is not responding properly. He said that you can google the complain no. Not bothered to respond to the question raised.. As i'm talking they are cutting the line. The delivery guy dint come. He gave a missed cl. Whn i tried to call him back i was not able to contact him.. And he has given a wrong update that consignee refused to get the product. Even somehow i have managed to reschedule the delivery but again the guy didn't come even i didn't get a call from your end about the delivery. The customer care service is very very worst to the core
