Ecom Express — Delivery was delayed | |
My products are delayed . I have ordered products from smytten ...and they are assigned to be delivered by ecom express .My delivery date is 11 th Jan 2020, that is today..but still I did not recieve my courier .In the tracking it is showing that it's in Visakhapatnam ..it's showing the same past three days but still I did not get my products . My address belongs to Visakhapatnam. I kindly request you to look into this and send my courier as soon as possible and also request you to send me the status of the courier.
