Ecom Express — Ecom Anantnag delivery center | |||
I logged a complaint against Ecom Anantnag delivery center through Ecom customer care . i told them they have holded my order from two days they haven't attempted to deliver it . i logged this complaint at 6:30 pm . Ecom cancelled all my amazon orders that were expected to be delivered by Ecom at 8:24 pm mentioning status as RTO. The main reason behind this was me complaining about their delivery services. Now they are trying to show me that we don't have right to complain and this is a threat given by them that if we are going to log any complaint against them they will cancel all our orders. I received wrong order of someone else today at my office and my colleagues recieved it assuming it might be my order, I don't understand why they do such negligence. I don't even have any contact number where I can tell them to take it bavk
