[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Ecom Express Kottayam Not delivering the shipment

I am from Kottayam, Kerala, I have ordered two items from AJIO with option cash on delivery and it was shipped through delivery agent Ecom Express with tracking ID [protected].
The consignment reached Kottayam area on[protected] and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet. I got a call from Ajio customer care and they said, the delivery agent Raised issue that my address is incomplete. but my address is complete and the delivery agent not contacted me yet. They are not ready to deliver the consignment .

I have ordered items through Mi store. Status shows the items have reached Kottayam on 20th February not delivered yet. The order details - Order No:[protected], AWB Number:[protected] . Please provide me the latest status and Please do fast deliver the order

I am from kottayam...i had ordered some medicines from HealthMug it was suplosed to be delivered on 5th of june but it didnt. So i waited 2 more days thinking that they woukd deliver it...but still they havent...This is very serious bcuz people buy medicines when its urgent...how can delivery agents or courrier services be so irresponsible when i checked it HAD REACHED KOTTAYAM 3 DAYS BACK ...so irresponsible...

The worst service!! I ordered few items from Ajio and it was shipped through Ecom expressed. It shows the order reached kottayam days before and its marked " location unreachable" " customer asked for future delivery". Really? Nobody contacted. Just making lame excuses. If you can't do your duty properly, just don't take up the order.
This is not the first time I'm experiencing this kinda worst service from Ecom express.
Look into this matter ASAP.

I ordered the product a hanging light and its status shown out of delivery at kottayam ecom office but the order didnt delivered yet, first day a call came butnit was computer assisted and cut off the call without any response. Then they marked status as 'delivery delayed on customer request', but actually i dint demanded any delay on delivery... They are repprting false status.. And not delivered the product yet..poor performance by ecom courier.. Tge didnt contacted me or didnt gabe any contact number
Hi I am from Vadavathoor Kottayam.. I had ordered from Ajio a cash on delivery and also from Isha life a paid delivery, both of which were couriered through ecom express..

Both the orders have reached Kottayam a week back but still not delivered. One tracking of the cash on delivery one shows delivery attempted though no one contacted us. Another tracking of already paid delivery shows still in transit though it has reached Kottayam a week back.

I have been getting couriers from all other services. This is the first time I am having such a troubling experience.

The tracking of the orders are as follows

Please do look into the above at the earliest.

I have ordered few items through firstcry. Status shows the items have reached pala office on 16th vut not delivered yet.
