[Resolved] Ecom Express — Ecom Express Kottayam Not delivering the shipment
I am from Kottayam, Kerala, I have ordered two items from AJIO with option cash on delivery and it was shipped through delivery agent Ecom Express with tracking ID [protected].
The consignment reached Kottayam area on[protected] and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet. I got a call from Ajio customer care and they said, the delivery agent Raised issue that my address is incomplete. but my address is complete and the delivery agent not contacted me yet. They are not ready to deliver the consignment .
