[Resolved] Ecom Express — failure in delivering the parcel | |
This is regarding a tote bag i ordered online from amazon, ecomexpress was supposed to deliver the parcel on30th of may. One of their executives called me and i gave him the address details. But on 30th and 31st i was waiting the whole day, but nobody came to deliver the parcel. I am surprised to see a message from amazon stating that i was unavailable. Also yesterday night another message that the parcel is delivered. Please be informed that i haven't received the parcel yet and i don't know what has happened to it. All my attempt to contact the courier service is in vain. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |
