[Resolved] Ecom Express — fake status update on tracking updates | |||||
Hi, I have got a courier from print venue on 13th of october, 2018. Since then it's not delivered till today i. E 21st october. It's there in bangalore hub since 13th. Since then i'll get a message out for delivery; i will be waiting; by evening they update saying customer not available or wrong address. I was available whole week at the address provided. I neither got a call from them when they arrive nor will they communicate properly; simple they update the status. What number they provide in messages will not work. Delivery not attempted, simply status updated as attempt made and customer not available. It's in Bangalore hub since 13th October. And today, on 22nd status updated as RTO lock. Customer care no follow up after calling many times. Kindly look into this and I need the product to be delivered.
