Dear sir Myself Subrata Biswas. I bought a product from Paytm mall.my order number was [protected] & AWB number was[protected]. The product was handed over to Ecom Express from Paytm. And expected delivery date was 21/10/2018. But still now the product hasn't been given to me by your courier boy Mr. Suman Hazra of Memari, Bardhaman, West Bengal. Delivery boy not delivered my product and he updated status as delivered, and ecom express not provided the deliver boy contact number, how could i get my product. Such a fraud
