[Resolved]  Ecom Express — got a message as product is delivered, but till now i didn't get any item

I ordered a product from flipkart on a bigbillion day, on oct 12 around 7.43 pm i got a message as product is delivered, the delivery boy contact number is not working. I already paid the amount. Please help me with this, worst experience with ecomm.
The customer care number is not working. Are you guys playing with this? I will complaint with higher authority.

I ordered a saree from dealhop pvt ltd which was forward to the ecomx to deliverd to me but the product isn't in good condition and not same product that expected in online so i wanted yo return it now!! My Air bill no.[protected] and my order no.-DSH[protected] I HOPE that my request will be accepted by site
