Ecom Express — Grievance and pathetic service | |||
Date of incident: 09.08.2020 Client number: [protected] Full description: order delivery and reverse delivery was booked by the service partner nokia. The pickup person did not provide any receipt to us however when we checked online the package shows delivered. It is been now one month and no one has bothered to update us. Every day we have been speaking to them and we get getting stupid responses stating wait for 24-48 hours we are arranging a callback. Seems no one is bothered and people don't care what is happening. I just want to receive my package back and don't want anything else. Please help us out. On top of it, the customer care people keep telling us to do whatever you want we don't care. We are under distress and undue stress because of such people and pathetic companies. Was this information helpful? | |||
