Ecom Express — I am complaining about My shipment which is delivered somewhere else.

Delivered to the incorrect address not known to me on 14th of october . I am very disappointed with your service, this is very disgusting. I just want my parcel within 24 hours, i even called your customer care number but they didnt send me any info through mail or text msg. Is this the way you treat your customers? They trust you.
