Ecom Express — I'm complaining about my return pick up | |||
Your service is soo poor! I'm trying to return my product from myntra. (It's been 7 days). Your courier boy didn't call me first and i got a message that my pic up has been failed!! And then I tried many times but no response and just a message of not picking up my package! Then one day a boy from ecom called me and said he was on his way for pick up but he didn't come. Then I tried to contact ecom's customer care number but failed. Then I found a number of their and called them many times. Every time they are saying that today we will pick up your package and ending up with an stupid excuse for not coming over here. Wow!!
