I have availed your servise through club factory the product shoe that was bought product no - SO46094817 It was found in pathetic condition i wanted to return it there and then so i search for your helpline number for return of the product and i found [protected] as the helpline number . I called then he asked me about my card details i gave him and he was frequently sending OTP and finally he took away 30000 rupees from the debit card . This is a really a shameful act in the name of your services . I hope this complain will be taken into consideration as soon as possible and my money should be refunded . Ordered socks from club factory (online), payment is also done for it . The tentative date to receive my product was 18/09/18
