The delivery has been done 6th july 2019 at the time of delivery courier person again taken prepaid money at time of delivery.     Recently I purchase oppo reno mobile from flipkart on 4th august . They provide me tracking I'd starting with FDSP(10digit no.). first time I get this type of tracking for ecom express. And when I try to track my parcel by this awb no. Its show invalid in ecom tracking site.
    So please i[censored] can inform me about what is meaning of FDSP and where is my product.

        I wanted to return the phone which was delivered to be that phone is not original and i requested to return the product the message i received was that it will be returned within 2 days but no one came to take the product back. They took 14000 from me and now i want to return the phone. Knindly provide me the number of the person from whom the phone was taken. This a matter of fraud because in site it was written that the phone is original but it is fake.

          Placed an order on amazon which was to be delivered by Ecom Express but I didn't get the package. Instead, they just updated it as "Order delivered". I Couldn't reach them either. Tried reaching Amazon for this issue for which they said they need 24 hrs to investigate what went wrong.

          Got the package. It was delivered to the wrong person. They accepted the package thinking it was theirs and later on returned it to us knowing there was a mix-up.

For more than 3 days the product is just 10 km near to my home but ecom express is not delivering the product. One time i poked them and from their office one staff called me and told that today we will deliver the item and our delivery person will call u today and u must attend the phone, but nobody called me still.                 They didn'tgive the product on time and they cancel the order and reported as customer refused to accept it. This is the third time. Worst experience with ecome express. Give one star rating.
                Flipkart orders dint get correct time and some time they call to accept the parcel from their office. Didnt get the home delivery option. Indian postal service is far far better than ecome service. Totally dissatisfied with ecome.

                    I would like to inform you that i m very ashamed of being ur regular costumer, as few days ago i have returned the product and pickup was finally scheduled today. On around 5:00 pm i got a call from delivery boy to handover my returned prdt., i went outside and called him... He said wait, i waited for almost 20 mints and when he came i just said him why so late brother i haven been here since long tym... He slapped me with the parcel and his invective language has forced me to write you. Returnd i'd for the same is[protected].
                    How can you hire such a mannerless man who abused and slapped me in the middle of the road without collecting the pickup parcel. I hope stringent action will b taken against him.

                        It's not the right way you are treating your customers.

                          I have ordered two shirts from the myntra and it got delivered by ecom express and due to quality and color issue i requested for return through myntra hence it got assigned for the same ecom express to pick the shipment from my end the pickup boy called me and he asked me to handover the two of the shirts the same i have given to him after 5 to 6 days i got refund for one shirt and whereas for other shirt it was on pending the same i escalated to myntra team them came back saying that still the shipment is not picked from your end,.

                          Then i have called to the pickup boy regarding this, he said both the shirts he has processed and handover to his incharge itsems but till now one shirt is still pending to be processed

                          Note - i have cctv footage of handovering two shirts to the pickup boy and also the call recording of pickup boy and self in which he said both the shipments
