Ecom Express — Local hub not delivering products if the box are big | |||
I ordered 5 products from amazon and it took around 30 days to reach the nearest hub. and the delivery team just called to inform that the product will get delivered the next day and it passed around a week. and they send it back. all of them are returning to the seller now. customers don't even have the option to call the hub and ask why this happening, even the customer service team also doesn't have the option to do this. I called customer care last day and they told me the order was marked to deliver on 23 Jul and now it showing returning to seller, customer care agent confirmed that he made some priority note from their end to expedite the delivery, I guess all these just lie to satisfy the customers. this is not the first time it's happening from this hub team, which is PAYYANNUR, KERALA.
