Ecom Express — Long delay since May 23 2021 | |
I have order from pharmeasy.in. Since May 23rd 2021 As I understand due to covid restrictions I have check track in ecom express and it show in-transit in Nellore but the delivery order destination is Nellore. The ecom express track is not update everyday and did not mention the reason of delay either SMS or email or whatever. I have complaint two times thru call and it reply and said like will update 24 hours. Normal any delivery max one week but now it is 2 weeks completed. I want to know, what’s is reason of delay and why did not update AWB track status data every day in ecom express? Was this information helpful? | |
