Dear courier service provider, I am booking some health medicine from netmeds on line pharmacy 0n dated 30 nov 2018 awb[protected]. My item was not delivered by courier boy he said come at far location and take your parcell because i have a lot of parcell if you want to take come fast i'm not waiting you, then i get a msg that customer not available so undelivered. Again i have processing on 17 december same medicine item awb[protected], now msg has been shown that customer refused the parcel without calling me neither he call me nor comes at my mentioned address.
