Ecom Express — medicines have not been delivered to right person

I have returned my medlife medicines on 1oct 2019 through ecom with awb no[protected]. The company's website is showing the medicines have been delivered on 6 nov 2019 but it has not been given to the right person. Due this i am waiting for my refund from a long time. I have complaint about this issue many times but still it has not been sort out. Please solve my problem.

Updated by imr786 I have not got the refund till date. Medlife is still saying the medicines have not been delivered to them. Please give me some proof of delivery on the basis of which i can challenge to them.
