Ecom Express — Meesho tracking id no. [protected] | |||
I have booked the women's tie and dye printed tops, quantity :2 no.'s from meesho app on 17th October and I had received the order on 22nd October. As the quality of product was too poor so I submitted the return request on 22oct. And on 24th ecom express courier boy came for pickup of both the tops and I also received pickup successfully message from ecom express. I was waiting for the payment refund. I tried to contact meesho team for updating on the refund payment status but they denied as they have not received the the order. I have shared the screenshot PDF format with them of successful pick up of order against the tracking ID number[protected]. But they have confirm that it this order ID does not match with the awb number. Requested you to kindly share the a WB number against the tracking ID number as mentioned above. I also tried to contact your customer services from 6th of November. But there are also unable to revert on the same everyday I try to call them they are just reverting me that they are escalated the issue to next level and I will get the response within 24 to 48 hours. But till today I have not received any revert back from your team so request you to kindly e look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
