Ecom Express — misbehave, wrong dedication and harassment to customer | |||
I am from gobardanga, kolkata, west bengal. Pin code - 743252 I had an order on amazon "am leather bi-fold brown genuine leather hand crafted wallet for men and boys" Amazon was providing the information that the expected date to deliver is 16th september 2017, but may be the product came earlier, so courier boy called me on 12th september 2017 when i was not in home, and i also told them nobody is available in my home to receive the delivery. I asked to deliver the product to the next day, which means 13th september. I requested them. On 12th september evening, i got sms from amazon that the product is being returned. Now my question should i hold the legs of those courier boys to deliver the product on my date? Or should i suppose to be in home by stopping all my jobs to receive the products on the date which courier boys will say...??? What? Was this information helpful? | |||
