Ecom Express — Misbehaving of delivery boy and not delivering my product

I booked a product from flipkart and it is delivered by econ service. Today a delivery boy comes to my house without calling me. I asked him that why you don't call me. Then he shouted me without wearing any mask and returns my product without delivering me. Then he refunded my product without my permission. I don't want refund, i want my product back. I want to register my complaint and take action against the delivery boy due to his misbehaving. I want my product back.

I have ordered a product on my exact location and every time I ordered something ecom express never disappointed me as they always delivered parcels on door step but this delivery boy told me that the service is not available in the area where i live, i have to come 2 km to pick the parcel.Neither I received the message of parcel that it is out for delivery When i told him to wait their for 10min he misbehaved with me. He didn’t not waited even for 5min and left the site without informing me. This is ridiculous This is not the way a delivery boy should talk. You should first of all give the a lesson of “how to talk with costumes” and i want that person to be fired from the job otherwise i will go the higher authority to shut the boy out of the company.
I want response as soon as possible
