Ecom Express — Mobile delivery is kept on hold | |
From Paytm I have ordered mobile with order id [protected] on 26Jan. Order was shipped through Ecom Express with tracking id:[protected] It's already 15 days crossed and I haven't received my order yet. Delivery related details also not showing properly in ecomexpress tracking I have contacted both Ecom express courier partner and Paytm multiple times but no resolution was provided yet. Please take relevant actions and make a way for my product delivery. Also take appropriate actions on courier partner for not delivering products as mentioned. Was this information helpful? | |
